Bannerghatta Nature Camp-Jungle Lodges

I had such an incredible experience at Bannerghatta Nature Camp — it honestly exceeded all my expectations! 🌿 From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality added so much warmth to the entire trip. We stayed for 2 days and 1 night, and initially, I was a bit worried that we wouldn’t have enough time to enjoy all the activities or that everything would feel rushed. But to my surprise, the schedule was so well-planned and balanced! Even though it rained during our stay, the staff still made sure we didn’t miss out on any part of the experience. They adjusted the timings without compromising the quality of the activities, which I really appreciated. The safari was one of the major highlights. We got to see a variety of animals up close, including majestic tigers, lions, elephants, deer, and more. The enclosures were spacious and well-maintained, and it was amazing to see how the animals are cared for. It didn’t feel like a zoo — it felt more natural and respectful toward wildlife. The accommodation was cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s super comfy and perfect for a nature-focused experience. Falling asleep to the sounds of the forest was so peaceful, and waking up early to birdsong? Literal heaven. The food was absolutely delicious — homestyle, fresh, and served buffet-style. There was always a good variety, and even with dietary preferences, there was something for everyone. Everything was hot and flavorful, and the dining area was super clean and well-managed. One of my favorite parts of the trip was the nature walk on the second day. Our guide was incredibly passionate and knowledgeable — you could tell he genuinely loved nature. He pointed out so many birds, insects, trees, and animal tracks. His energy and storytelling made it so engaging. We even got to see wild animals in their natural habitat, which was magical. It didn’t feel like just a walk — it felt like a mini adventure with a friend who knew all the forest’s secrets. They also had fun evening activities like a campfire, and opportunities to just relax and take in the surroundings. The whole place felt safe, family-friendly, and very well-organized. Overall, I’d say this is 100% worth visiting whether you’re with family, friends, or even solo. You get the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and learning. I would absolutely come back again — next time maybe for longer!

The tents were awesome and cozy. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The food was excellent, tasty and had adequate choice The staff were super courteous, efficient. The jungle safari covered enough distance so that we could see most animals. They also had wild life film show and Bonfire.

I discovered this property while i was browsing through jungle lodges. Not only this property but all jungle lodges resorts (jlr) are very good. I had been to 3 of them till date. Now about this property, 1 - hospitality 2 - caring 3 - variety of accommodation choices 4 - safari 5 - nature walk 6 - timely execution of the plan everything was too good. Food was equally good.

My sister-in-law and I stayed in the camp for three nights, and the highlight of our visit was the early morning nature walks with Puttanaika. He was so knowledgeable about all the local wildlife, pointing out birds and plants and giving us an insight into the local ecology. We also were privileged to spend some time at a local Bear Sanctuary, finding out about the work being done to rehabilitate 'dancing' bears that had been so badly mistreated. The camp is a wonderful place to relax, and the staff were very attentive and prepared some very good food for us.

The stay and experience was pretty great! The food variety can be better.

Good stay and good food. We were guided very nicely by staffs for all activities. Very family friendly moments.
