Poor customer support n service

First i had booked for para-mos banglore, which is terrible to stay after informing mmt, so actions were taken, had flight for cancel-ling the stay and changing to new hotel

Had a bad experience in the stay, ac was not working, shower maintance work is pending, staff was not responding properly

Good location, cleanliness is average, bedsheets, towels quality is poor, air-conditioning not working properly, breakfast is average, bathroom cleanliness is average.

This property not worth for the price, room size is very small felt like low budget lodge and this is not 3star hotel. And staff is friendly but restaurant food is very bad overall waste of money.

Good service and nice received. Main room cleaning is very nice. And food morning given compliment super.

It was a great experience staying at paramos staff is very good rooms were clean and awesome service.

The hotel was good and comfy. We had a neat and clean room with extra bed. Hotel is situated in the heart of the city. So that it is accessible to go anywhere around the city. The staff was nice. . And everything was upto the mark staff were friendly and room was beyond comfortable. They have good restaurant indeed.

Pure payment booked for 3 nights stay but my work completed in 2 day for that earlier exit 50% of per day charge penalty not happy on that part ! food is good but complimentary food variety is very less and it’s not 3 star hotel

Amazing stay. Clean and very spacious rooms. Hotel location is also good. Hotel staff is also very cooperative and good. Overall a good hotel to stay.
