I recently stayed at Aloft Bengaluru Whitefield from December 3rd to December 6th, and I wanted to share my experience. Having previously stayed at Aloft in Aerocity Delhi, I had high expectations based on the quality and service I experienced there. While the initial impression of your hotel was positive, I regret to say that my stay was overshadowed by a series of unfortunate incidents. On December 4th, I encountered my first issue. While preparing for an event, I used the iron provided in the room, only to find it filled with dirt. This caused stains on my pants, which was frustrating given my professional commitments. I immediately reported this to the manager in the morning, expecting it to be resolved by the time I returned later in the day. However, upon my return in the late afternoon, the staff at the front desk seemed unaware of the situation. It appears there was a communication lapse between the morning and afternoon shifts. While a manager eventually apologized and assured me that action would be taken, the lack of follow-through was disappointing. On December 5th, another alarming incident occurred. After breakfast, I returned to my room to shower and prepare for my event. Between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM, a woman attempted to forcefully enter my room. I had to rush to secure the door while in a vulnerable state. This was an incredibly distressing experience. I urge you to review the security camera footage from Room 307 during that time to investigate how such an incident could happen. Later that evening, close to midnight, I returned to my room after a long and exhausting day, only to find that my door lock had malfunctioned, preventing me from entering. The maintenance team was called, and while they managed to open the door, the issue persisted—once the door was closed, the lock would not function properly. They informed me that a full replacement was needed, but given the late hour, I declined to have such work done at midnight. After a considerable delay, I finally gained access to my room, but the unresolved lock issue left me feeling uneasy and frustrated. As if this wasn’t enough, I was disturbed by loud construction work near the hotel around 12:30 AM. The sound of hammering and metal rods being dropped made it nearly impossible to rest. Despite assurances from the night manager that the noise would stop, it persisted. On my final morning, I was approached by a manager during breakfast to inquire about my stay. While I appreciate the effort to address feedback, I would have preferred to have this discussion after my meal. Following breakfast, I took a walk near the pool with managers to explain my disappointment with my stay - this where I noticed floating trash in the water—an unacceptable sight for a property of this caliber. By this point, I was relieved to be checking out. It’s deeply disappointing that my stay did not meet the high standards I’ve come to associate with the Bonvoy brand. These issues reflect poo
