We stay this hotel for 4nights, and we checked in at 2am, the reception still working and lots of people go in and out, the location is very convenient, there are 7-11, Big C supermarket, central world nearby the hotel, the environment is very cheerful and the staffs are very nice, especially the duty manager, I don’t remember the name but she worked for the night at 19/4. There is a little problem, the room has a slightly unpleasant smelling, which concern me, but not my friend. I told this to the duty manager, they action very fast and help us to change the room and the pillows. They found that the smell might be come out from bed mattress. However, they changed everything and it becomes better. Even though the room contain unpleasant smell, I will choose to stay at this hotel for my next trip. This hotel location is excellent and safe, the price is reasonable and the breakfast buffet is really really good! Thank you for providing us a happy stay and a happy trip!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat but a little small, not much area to put stuff after putting 2 luggage. Good thing there are hooks to hang bag and etc. The toilet doesn't have any shower door/curtain, it will be good to have to prevent the floor to get wet, have to stand close to the corner to shower. Prefer to have disposable slipper and also mineral water, the room glass bottle water got a weird smell, like tap water. Overall, still happy to stay in Moxy, will stay again if price is good.
