Good location especially for people looking to shop. It is adjacent to MBK and walking distance to the other malls in the Siam area. Next to the National Stadium Sky train station so it is also accessible to other areas. Also near some eating places along the streets

1st time staying @ siam area because i need to be near BACC for work and wow is this a really convenient spot! Best is the 7-11 shared with IBIS hotel. Only thing is that u'd need to take 2 lifts to get to your room. but u never had to wait long. Staff is great, rooftop pool is lovely, and we had a really good stay. the day evening bartender @ lobby is super nice guy. sorry didn't get his name. Location is FABULOUS walking distance to the main spots like siam paragon and mbk including Banthat thong. Lift to bts was spoilt on the day we were leaving but we managed to take our luggage up the escalator. highly recommended.

The customer service is very bad. I can’t access the lift or room by using card easily. When calling for assistance from counter, response were very slow and very bad.

room was very clean and air conditioning was strong. they even have an ironing board in the closet. staff were very friendly and the location is superbly convenient. there is also a pretty big 7-Eleven on the ground floor of the hotel. the only thing i would wish to see change is the addition of a table mirror for people to do their makeup. the lighting in the bathroom and the room entrance are too dim and yellow.

My first time to stay in Mercury Bangkok. Great location. Gym is fantastic but poolside is quite windy. Breakfast is good. Overall happy with my stay and probably my choice again.
