First time staying here. We booked for the Deluxe Triple room for three of us. Room is very clean and comfortable. All the food and drinks in the room are complimentary and they top up the bottled water for us daily! Love their services in the hotel which also include free 15mins shoulder massage for hotel guest every Tuesday and Friday. Location is near to central world and Siam paragon too. Not to forget their morning buffet selection is a lot!

Nice room with friendly staffs. The 24 hour complimentary buggy ride make it convenient for us to and fro around Pratunam area with 5 mins. Will come back again when we travel to BKK in future.

I love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed here and I'll definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Bangkok. Everything you need is within easy reach (food, shopping, massage, airport link train) the staff here are helpful and polite.
Took a trip to Chinatown and got a bike back... Easy, safe and cheap.

Hotel staff especially the bellboy and buffet staff are very friendly and sincere making the whole experience very welcoming and less intimidating for solo travellers. Room is clean and cosy. The hotel is located away from the Central Area hence less noise. Walkable distance to BTS. Really enjoyed my stay there.

A nice, cozy room with no view. The only downside was that someone tried to open the door on 2nd day early in the morning, which was really disturbing

Everything is great. Location is about 7-10min walk to rachathewi BTS. 5-7min walk to pratunam market. You may book the free buggy too.
Breakfast is good, big range of choice.
Most importantly, the room, if there is 20 , I will give 20/10.
This is really a good choice if you are looking for great breakfast, great value , clean, new hotel, this is definitely in the list.
If really wanna comment, then is the location, compare with others, it is slightly far away, but I don’t really care of that extra 100-200m.
