The hotel location is great with many massage shops and a bigger size 7-11 just downstairs. It is just 5mins walk from BTS and Emquartier so it is not so noisy with the vehicle sounds on road at night and very near to shopping place (Emquartier, Emsphere) and drinks place (Tribe @ Emsphere) . Gym is small but functional and has very nice view out from the swimming pool. Water pressure is great and lobby always smell very nice. Will definitely recommend to friends for their trip to Thailand.

my recent stay at mercure bangkok sukhumvit 24 was amazing. In. terms of location it was literally 5mins from the BTS and EM district shopping area. As for the room, it was spacious, clean and quiet, despite being so close to the main road. Love the selection of shower and shampoo. Think it was the same as the one I used in Seoul. On my last day, I had the hotel breakfast, it wasn't alot of varieties but good selection of salad and for a balance meal to start our day. overall, I really enjoy the food and the environment was comforting. My only complaints would be the main lobby's aroma fragrant sense - it was too over powering. Something subtle like sandalwood would be better. Thanks for the hospitality.

Convenient location near the BTS. Hotel is very clean and is near shopping malls like Emporium and Emquartier that has Thong Smith Boat Noodles.

My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly! Love it 😊

The staff were great from check in to housekeeping, concierge...
The room was very comfortable and well kept. Amenities are very basic and you would have to request toothbrush and slippers. They are not readily available in the room.
If your a female and need conditioner for your hair, i would recommend bringing your own as they only have shower gel and shampoo. The hair grts pretty dry after the wash. Otherwise, i enjoyed my short stay.

Good location. Good service. But terrible noise isolation. Also the hotel is very popular with a particular demographic with bad behavior (see picture) and they don’t really do much about it.
They’re always being loud, bringing in a ton of food and eating it in the lobby, taking their sandals/shoes off like it’s the pool side, smoking right outside the main entrance. They really need to enforcement to stop these behavior ruining the hotel.

Great location with walking distance to BTS. There is a 7-eleven just downstairs at the hotel. Service is very good!
