location is great and hotel is clean. They clean everyday and if you want to get amenities you should call the reception.
One thing you should know that there are 2 hotel in one building. One is ibis one is mercure hotel. Ibis don't have any pool. Mercure does have a pool and if you want to access to pool and gym you should give 500baht to get full day pass. I did not know that and that was very dissapointing to listen in the hot day.
It's great hotel exlude this pool problem. Everyhotel in this neighborhood has pool so seeing all the buildings that have pool in the rooftop is so sad.
Beside the pool thing staying at this hotel is very pleasant.

The location is perfect. Pet friendly hotel. Free parking. 7-11 on the ground floor. 1 min walking to Emporium. In-room dining very delicious. Staff friendly. One thing I’m not ok is the sound from water pipe that ruin my sleeping time.

Less than 5 min walk from BTS Promg Phong. Exit 4 is the closest to hotel but pnly exit 3 and exit 2 (i believe) has elevator. But you take big luggage like me, DO NOT use exit 3, because it's on the opposite site and once you go down, there is no way to cross the road. So use the further elevator and at least a little bit of walk which lead you to the same side.
Otherwise it's very convenient. Right at the bottom of next to hotel there is a big 7-11. The street outside has multiple massage parlors and you can easily buy food/fruits from local food stalls. One of the Entrance of Emporium mall is just across the road.
The Ibis side hotel provides only towels in the room and all the other necessities on demands only, I think is good ideas. Most of the time the cleaning was good except one day they left some extra pillow cases in the couch which I about sure if those are new/clean or dirty.
But other than that, I'm very satisfied with my stay and I would totally consider to stay here again next time if I come.

One of the best hotel stay! Location is very convenient, with the three EM shopping malls and BTS station nearby. There is one 7-11 just beside the hotel, with many more if you walk out further.
Checking in was a breeze and every staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful! Whenever we called to request for items, such as amenities or ice, the items were always delivered so quickly! Very commendable!
Highly recommended, and will stay again when we visit Bangkok next time!

Overall is good, just check out process took so long, probably becoz the reception switched me and my frds key card upon check in

I like this hotel.. the breakfast is excellent, closed to BTS... The room is small.. but you will enjoy it.

Very nice hotel and location is very good. But the room is not big, is hard to walk around if open the big luggage. 7-11 just beside and many massage centres within walking distance. EM shopping malls just nearby and most importantly is BTS just very short walking distance. Definitely will come back for this hotel in future.
