Lovely staff I lost the key to my luggage and they bent over backwards to help me get my bag open. Cleaners always do a wonderful job cleaning my room. The restaurant serves great food and the service is great.

1. Arrived in hotel appx. 2330 but room is not ready.
Wait for 30 minutes for cleaning.
2. Booking with breakfast but reception told me not included.
3. Too many Chinese people and noisy
4. Location is not good. Far from airport and subway station.

It seems clean, but it's musty inside the room. Eventually, it's a new building side. Also i have a bad experience about other Chinese guests they're so loud, noisy all day all night and smoke in the building in front of my room and the smells of smoke come inside my room. I love the shower water flowing very well. Please check about towels have yellow stain on it. I also satisfied about bed and pillows it makes me sleep so comfy. Plus the views on 9 floor so beautiful. It's good that has hair dryer in the room please don't take it away. Also receptionists all good. 2 women and 1 man in morning shift and night shift they all services very good, friendly and helpful. I'd go back again one day. Sorry i forgot to take pictures of the room haha( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
