We stay here every year and love it!
This time only one downside that the upstairs neighbor was very noisy. A couple with 4 kids! I think there should be a limit on the amount of kids you can have in the room. Imagine 4 kids running in the room above you.
Besides this, absolutely amazing hotel as always!
Life was short spent wisely.

Quite a distance from BTS, inside the alley .
Room: Spacious room, clean and natural theme kind of renovation, Comfortable staying.
Break fast: Enough and well covered selection. I like the taste.

The room is big and spacious. The location is good , 5 minutes walk to phaya Thai bts and airport rail stations. Limited spread for the breakfast.

Great value for money. We are very statified The hotel is very clean, comfort, nice location close to BTS stations and so on. Overall is good 👍👍👍

We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel due to the location.
- It is close by to Victory Monument, and it is actually in between 2 different train stations
- the hotel is located inside a mixed of office building and residential areas at night it is very quiet and doesn’t disturb us from our late wake up too .
- it feels safe to be walk in the alley to the hotel at night too.
- one end of the hotel with 5 mins walking distance, we found 2 7-11 and cafe , massages , local hawker food.
- the rooms comes with the basic amenities ie hair dryer , fridge , kettle , instant coffee and tea.
The rubber slippers are provided too
- we really like the bed , huge and firm bed comfortably sleeps for 2 adults.
Thing to improve- the AC has a very loud noise in our room which we are not able to adjust it.

First time in Thailand.
Booked this hotel after reading huge amount of reviews. The hotel is very very good. Everything was great. Room was clean, location is great, near the Metro station 5 min walk. Staff was very friendly.
Thanks for everything that made may stay in Bangkok great.

Loved the size of the room. Big comfy bed. Big windows. Outlets by bed. Cleaned room everyday. Two free bottles of water everyday.
Location is good right next to good food. Massage in a mall. Close walk to public transportation. Good breakfast for about eight dollars. Nice water, pressure, hot shower, spacious big room at a good price.
