星程酒店的位置真的沒話説，靠近市中心，距離西大街很近、逛街吃飯都很方便，晚上溜達回來也很安全，房間裏的床特別軟，枕頭高度剛好，衞生乾淨，前台服務很貼心，態度特別有禮貌，住在這裏總體感覺特別好，以後到保定還會選擇這裏。

入住的家庭房，房間很乾凈，也很大，枕頭也很舒適，一樓也有洗衣機和烘乾機，洗衣液味道很香，房間洗髮水的味道很好聞，還有機器人送物很方便，前台服務人員也很熱情，服務也很好，退房時也可以寄存行李，特別的方便，推薦入住。
