跟朋友一起到保定，帶着兩個孩子，前台看見有小朋友幫忙升級了家庭房和一間輕奢房間，輕奢房間比較好，裝修新。趕到酒店的時候正好下雨了，很冷，前台贈送了兩個電子暖手寶，貓爪樣子的，小朋友們非常喜歡。整個酒店的員工都非常有禮貌，很滿意的一次體驗
