前台服務非常好！女孩子們都很可愛很温暖，夜宵也不錯，送的養胃茶很像酸梅湯，衞生還可以，沒有異味。
夜晚有不少大車經過，好在帶了耳塞，睡覺輕的人要注意。
還有，床單有破損，用了幾個玫瑰花貼布打補丁，真的是頭一次遇到，枕套破洞了，沒做處理。説實話，它家沙發有補丁我可以理解，但是床單是貼身睡覺的，補丁很硬很磨皮膚，這麼大的店破了就換一個新的吧。
瑕不掩瑜，下次還會來！

酒店位置很好，吃飯購物都很方便，也有免費的停車場，服務也很貼心，早晨保安居然把車窗前後玻璃都擦乾淨了，太讚了👍房間也乾淨整潔，耳塞眼罩應有盡有，辦理入住還贈送小飲品，退房也給準備了小禮品，非常滿意，下次來保定還會住這裏

不愧是酒店裡的撈兒，入住有歡迎水果，房間乾淨整潔，房間面積合適，晚上有免費深夜粥。汽車會給擦乾淨擋風玻璃和後視鏡，這點真的很贊。離店還給了小零食和飲用水，很貼心。滿意的一次入住。酒店距離總督府和西大街打車20分鐘左右，很方便。

酒店位置不錯，保安師傅很客氣幫忙引導停車位置，還給擦了車窗，前台帥哥美女們也很熱情，入住時送了歡迎水果和小吃，房間裏的瓶裝水也是不限量的，前台旁邊有很多自取的小物件，茶包濕巾耳塞什麼的，小朋友很喜歡，晚上還有宵夜，玉米，雞蛋，粥和小籠包，可以説很貼心了，最後退房還送了蘋果和水，好評

不得不説酒店服務是真的好。剛到酒店，就遞上熱乎乎的暖胃湯，大堂有個百寶盒有各種客人可能需要的小東西及小食品，我們趕上小雨，每人送一把傘。房間提供免費洗衣，佈置温馨還有各種毛絨玩具小孩非常喜歡，我們錯過了早飯，人家居然讓廚房單做了小餛飩。門口服務生熱情有禮主動介紹附近特色美食，感覺賓至如歸。門口車位充足好停車，不是五星勝似五星，非常推薦。
