An unforgettable stay. From check-in to check-out, the service at the hotel was impressive. The staff were always friendly and professional and made me feel like home. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and rich. I had a great time. The location is excellent, very close to Wangfujing business district, and the surrounding environment is quiet. I will recommend your hotel to my colleagues without hesitation

The room was in good condition, clean and tidy; the breakfast was also okay. Quiet, no noise from the market or traffic. Ctrip has a lot of discounts for booking rooms, but the price of booking at the front desk is much higher.

包鋼賓館在鋼鐵大街上，鬧中取靜。房間很大，床品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，還有單獨化粧台。免費贈送了奶茶，味道不錯。賓館有專門停車場，車位充足，適合自駕。酒店大堂寬敞，服務員很熱情。早餐品種也很豐富，在這裏住宿有賓至如歸的感覺，以後有機會來包頭還會住在這裏～

雖然是在昆都侖區，但很喜歡鬧中取靜的地方，進酒店大堂給人一種靜雅大氣的感覺。房間重新裝修過，特別大，一張兩米的大床一個人可以橫七豎八的睡，不足之處就是毛巾不是很吸水

1.酒店備品無浴帽針線包等，內容很少衹有牙膏牙刷梳子。
2.衞生間是乾濕分離，但是空間十分侷促，馬桶距離玻璃隔斷很近，十分擁擠，衞生間沒有放手機的地方，如果自帶濕廁紙，也沒有放的地方。
3.屋裡有蟲子，酒店説是當地特色。
4.大廳迎賓玩手機，客人過來假裝看不見，人走過去，她退兩步閃開，去一邊玩手機。
