"I arrived a little early for check-in, but I could still have my room thanks to the very professional receptionist. The room is very basic but functional and the single bed is in a wooden environment which limits the movements in the night. Die Lage direkt am Hauptplatz ist ideal, hier ist alles fußläufig erreichbar und die Straßenbahn hält vor der Türe. Das Design des Motel one, wie überall einmalig und schön; dass man einer Alleinreisenden Frau aber erst mal ein dunkles Loch mit Fenster zu einem 2qm ”Licht”-Schacht anbietet ist fast schon sexistisch. Mein Bruder bekam vor einiger Zeit, auch alleinreisend, sofort ein schönes Zimmer zum Hauptplatz. Lästig auch, dass die Zimmerkarte schon eine halbe Stunde vor Checkout time gesperrt ist und das Zimmermädchen drängelnd klopft, obwohl das ”Nicht stören Schild” an der Tür hängt.

Alles top! Das Team war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerwechsel aufgrund des fehlenden Warmwassers verlief schnell und völlig unkompliziert.
Einziger Verbesserungspunkt: Dass die Zimmerreinigung bis zum Vortag per QR-Code angemeldet werden muss, ist für Gäste zu wenig sichtbar. Dieser Hinweis sollte beim Check-in und im Zimmer deutlich präsenter kommuniziert werden.
