"What an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!"

"This was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to the Netherlands and Belgium. It's located in the city center, with beautiful scenery right outside the door. The hotel's environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service were all excellent. Guest UserMy partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine.
The bed and pillows were super comfy.
Staff are friendly.
Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made.
The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions.
You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything.

Good location near the train station, but still within beautiful confines of the historic centre. Easy to get everywhere (Bruges is not that big). Had the suite, which had a freestanding bath. Note: limited toilet privacy due to glass doors between bathroom and bedroom. Did not try breakfast, no perceivable value @ 30 EUR per person. Plenty of brunch places in town.

The hotel with the largest room I've ever stayed in Europe, it's awesome!
And I was given a room on the first floor, where I could drink coffee outside, which was very comfortable. The hotel is also well soundproofed, and it's especially quiet at night.

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Friendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

The location is excellent and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. If you drive yourself, it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The car is clearly parked next door, but it took half an hour to get to the hotel entrance (one-way street + road closure)

Ibis Styles Brugge Centrum was decent but had notable flaws. No air conditioning due to seasonal changes made rooms uncomfortably warm. No hair dryer was provided unless requested, which was inconvenient. Free tea and coffee were available, but the machine was always out of milk. Friendly staff and good location, but these issues kept it from being great. I’d consider returning if improvements are made.

Great location close to the centre but away from the noise. Front desk were friendly and I was able to store my bicycle, although a shame you have to pay extra for this. Bed was comfy and room has needed amenities. Breakfast options were a bit limited but well stocked considering how busy it got. I would stay here again if revisiting Bruges.
