"The hotel's location was excellent; I'd say it offered great value for money. It was a 7-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk from the main squares. What I didn't like about the hotel was that there was a smell similar to a toilet immediately after getting into the elevator. Another thing I didn't like was that despite the cold weather, there was a fan directly above the bed constantly blowing cold air."

"Cozy and nice looking hotel near the center of Bruges.
Nice location - near the center of Bruges but at the same time quiet and right next to the canal and bus stop.
Lobby, halls and stairs areas look just gorgeous! Cool old furniture, paintings, statues etc. The stairs themselves are wooden and beatifully made.
My room (number 2) had tall ceilings and huge windows facing the canal. Only wish it would have been on one of the upper floors. Same thing with old-style furniture in the room - that was nice and beatiful. But the old and worn power outlets were not that nice. Also, the fridge in the room was a joke - it sorta worked but didn't keep stuff in it cold, couldn't even handle a couple of beers.
The bed was very comfortable and I've slept like a baby.
The lobby zone was very nice to hang, really enjoyed having a beer in the evening, sitting there in one of the sofas.
The breakfast was okay, not very diverse, but everything was tasty and fresh. A bit missed the porridge though.
Overall, it was good experience, I've enjoyed my stay!"

"Instructions on how to get to the hotel were not very useful and the lift from the top of the carpark to the hotel was not working when we arrived. (You need to exit the station on the west side then turn right into the alley just past Carrefour then left to the car park and take the lift just inside the car park to the top level then head to the Ibis and take the lift by the staircase before the gym to the level of the Ibis lobby). The location is walkable to the old city and convenient for restaurants and parks.
Otherwise, the rooms were clean and functional but short on amenities.
The staff were generally helpful and efficient."

"This was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to the Netherlands and Belgium. It's located in the city center, with beautiful scenery right outside the door. "My partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine.
The bed and pillows were super comfy.
Staff are friendly.
Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made.
The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions.
You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything."

"First of all, I took the Flix bus to Bruges Station. After getting off the bus, I entered the train station and went to the other side to find Kiss & Ride Station Take the Bruges free city shuttle bus to get on the bus. I don't need to pay. I will get on when I see the car. Google search Kiss & ride voorkant Station, it takes about seven or eight minutes to go to the station near the hotel Stadsschouwburg, which is very convenient.
The hotel address is very good. It takes only three minutes to walk to the clock tower. You can also walk to other attractions. You can walk for more than 2 hours to walk. If you are tired, you will go back to the hotel to go to the toilet and drink water before leaving. Health is not big, the kettle, capsule coffee machine and the water that was not cleaned last time. The room was small, but the bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff was very welcoming. I will consider staying in Bruges next time."

"Martin’s Brugge was perfectly located near the center of everything. After town hopping every day prior to arriving in Bruges, we stayed a couple nights here. I probably had some of the best sleep in their beds. Really liked the location and the beds. We really didn’t have any interaction with staff, easy check in and check out, that’s it. Really all that we could as for. No above and beyond services. Seems like the room had water damage due the shower leaking from the bathroom to the bedroom.
Location and beds would be enough to want to re-book here."

NNurifEl servicio excelente, con el extra de que antes de la hora del check-in ya teníamos la habitación disponible.
Ubicación excelente y los servicios compartidos con el Duke's Palace (recepción, desayuno...).
Es conveniente saber que, aunque te llevan las maletas hasta el hotel, este se encuentra en un edificio con algunos escalones que se deben de salvar en los pisos superiores, pese a contar en ascensor, por lo que debe ser tenido en cuenta para las personas con movilidad reducida.

Lovely restaurant with superb breakfast. Good choice for evening snacks or dinner too. Located just on the outskirts of Bruges it’s a 3km walk into the main square, perfect for us. Lovely lady on reception was so kind and helpful, making check-in so easy. Surrounded by a field of sheep one side and cute little pathway the other, a real little gem. Highly recommend.
One mention is the room windows are terrifyingly dangerous and the pillows aren’t the best!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. If you drive yourself, it is a bit difficult to get in and out of the hotel. The car is clearly parked next door, but it took half an hour to get to the hotel entrance (one-way street + road closure)

MmharsnThe four bed room is very nice. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable. There are toilets and showers nearby. The hostile location isn't necessarily Central, but you can walk to the attractions in about 10 to 15 minutes. The bus stop is only about a 3 minute walk away. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant / bar is nice to have. There are other restaurants nearby as well.

GGuest UserThe hotel is basic no frills but was perfect for us for a couple of nights. We booked a triple room for myself my husband and our 11 year old son. The room was huge and also had a little kitchen area which was great. The location is great right off the main square. There is not air con but they do provide a large fan which was enough to cool the room when sleeping. The shower room had a shower over a bath tub which had great pressure and the towels provided are lovely and fluffy. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again
