AAnonymous UserNot bad experience. The hotel room is quite new and clean with hot spring water inside bathroom. We can enjoy anytime. The host let us staying in 1/F although not my thoughts. Only one important thing is the security, we stay near the entrance but the door keep opening during the midnight. Also the password of the front door and bedroom door is just simple. Everyone is easy to know that.

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly renovated and very clean, making it a worthwhile stay. Breakfast was acceptable, with options like yogurt and fragrant pears. The front desk service was excellent; staff were proactive, warm, and very attentive, ensuring a great experience. However, the towels were quite old, with some frayed edges and a stiff, rough texture, which made me reluctant to use them.

WwewewetwetThis hotel is great! The location is superb, right off the highway exit. Although the hotel is a bit older, you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining it. The service is excellent, the rooms are very clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also quite spacious, and all the facilities are well-maintained and operational. The breakfast spread is abundant, and the hotel has a lovely Southeast Asian vibe. Check-in was efficient, and they proactively added me on WeChat to send the restaurant menu, which was a nice touch. The prices weren't more expensive than outside, and the food tasted delicious. Oh, and they have EV charging stations directly at the hotel, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

It wasn't your typical cookie-cutter hotel, and that's exactly what I loved. The peaceful environment was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

CChenxidiandiThe room is relatively clean, but the location is far away. It is close to the high-speed railway station and is only selected if there is a drop-off service. (I haven’t used it, so I don’t know the effect. I only know that I need to make an appointment in advance and the front desk will call a car for me). The breakfast is scheduled to start at 7 o'clock, but it won't be served until around 7:30. The front desk also said it might be 8 o'clock, so be careful when taking the early bus.

Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough.

GGuest UserThe room I booked was very comfortable. When you open the balcony, you can see the lush greenery outside the window. The greening is very good. When we arrived in the afternoon, we played in the water park first. The mountain spring water is ice-cold and cool. Children can also play on the beach! ! In the evening, we came to the hot spring area. There are many hot spring pools here. The health pools include medicinal food, and there is a rest area next to it where you can drink water. Booking a room includes a buffet breakfast and unlimited hot springs. Although the buffet breakfast does not have many categories and is relatively simple, it is convenient and hygienic. There are restaurants in the scenic area, and there are many specialty farmhouses nearby. The Cantonese cuisine is delicious and not expensive. The first choice for hot spring bathing is the Gudou Royal SPA Hotel. It is very close to the hot spring valley and is very suitable for taking the elderly on a trip. It only takes two to three minutes to walk and is very convenient. The attitude of the staff I encountered was also very good. I will come again in winter.
