BBojji88The front desk service was great. It was my first time to travel in Jiangmen and I didn't know where to go. The front desk patiently explained to us the fun and delicious places around us, and upgraded us to a view room.
We booked a king-size bed and upgraded us to a view room. There was also a bathtub in the room. It was really comfortable to take a bath after a day of sightseeing. We had a Chinese and Western buffet breakfast the next day before leaving. I was so satisfied! !

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

GGuest User春節和父母出遊，優先選擇配套和服務比較好的，主要是能讓父母休息好，訂的親子房還給升了一個房型，住得更舒適了，父母都很喜歡，洗漱區乾濕分離的設計，酒店離沙灘很近，走3分鐘就可以了，位置就在景區中心，出行非常方便，而且海灘晚上有人放煙花，其實不直接靠海晚上能更好休息。房間隔音也不錯。
如果下次再來，會再選擇。

JJessie_QiuThe hot spring area is definitely a highlight! 👍 The water quality is crystal clear and feels very clean. The pools here are also quite large, and there's even a hot spring swimming pool. It's so pleasant and comfortable to swim in the warm hot spring pool when the weather is cold. The staff also frequently offer guests ginger tea. We also enjoyed camping at the Scarecrow Camp, where we had tea by the stove and made mud-baked chicken, which tasted really good. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated.

Tangkou was quiet and characterful (Considered staying in Chikan town. Happy we chose Tangkou instead as Chikan is an overdeveloped theme park). Driving from the hotel to the diaolou clusters was quick and convenient.

GGuest UserI stayed at Jinjiang Hotel on a business trip. It is very close to the highway exit and Taishan Station. There is a large free parking lot and charging stations. The hotel was newly renovated with a full set of new Chinese furniture and decorations. It has a bit of Southeast Asian style and is also very characteristic of the hometown of overseas Chinese. If you have time, take a walk around the area. There are many cultural and tourist check-in spots in the hometown of overseas Chinese. This hotel is highly recommended.

SShiwanwanwanwanziyaThe room was quite big and clean. We went to the hot springs. The hotel was next to the hot spring valley. It was very convenient to walk for 2 minutes. I originally booked a lake view room to see the scenery. I didn't expect the reservoir to drain the water, and there was a shallow beach left, speechless. However, the hotel's service is still very good, the front desk is very good, and we can help us solve the problem in time. It is breakfast, there is nothing to choose from, coffee is still fast 🙄, I hope to improve it.

GGuest UserIt's holiday time, so I took my parents out for a trip. My mom loves garden landscapes, so we chose this hotel. Surprisingly, the environment here is quite nice, and it's very quiet at night! My mom also took a lot of beautiful photos in their ecological park. The park activities are very convenient, and they even have a free sightseeing bus.
