I specifically came to Hailuogou to escape the summer heat, but in the morning, the weather was bad, and there was a heavy rain warning, so the scenic area was cleared out. I was already feeling down, but when I checked into this hotel early, the moment I stepped in and saw the view from the lobby, my mood instantly brightened. The hotel is very convenient for those driving, as the parking lot is spacious enough for both large and small vehicles, so there's no need to fight for a spot. The rooms are simply yet stylishly decorated, very clean, and the furnishings are all new. If you need anything, the staff responds quickly and their attitude is genuine. The complimentary photoshoot offered by the hotel was also a pleasant surprise; the photographer wasn't rushed, allowing for a very relaxed experience. The steamed buns with braised pork at breakfast were delicious 😋, and I even saw lemons 🍋 in the backyard! Surprises everywhere!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. First of all, the guesthouse has a great location, and the service was warm and attentive upon check-in. The owner even upgraded our room because we were a family of three. They also provided complimentary fruit and coffee. The room was very clean, the decor was new, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable, showing the owner's attention to detail. The hot spring water was newly filled, and you can buy swimsuits there for a cheaper price than elsewhere. After a tiring day, soaking in the hot spring was incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and arguably the most satisfying guesthouse I stayed at during this trip. I highly recommend it!

The service was excellent! They called me beforehand to check my arrival details, and the reception upon arrival was very warm and welcoming. They even upgraded my room. The hotel is very close to the visitor center, just a few minutes' walk away. If you're driving, you can park your car in the hotel's parking lot. The top floor of the hotel offers a broad view, and on clear mornings, you can see the 'Golden Mountain' phenomenon (sunlight hitting the mountain top). The parking lot also has EV charging, though it's a bit small and has a slope, but the owner can help with parking. After checking out, the owner even sent a red packet and proactively asked if I had arrived home safely.

The hot spring hotel I booked on Ctrip this time was great! The bed in the king-size room was just the right hardness and was super comfortable to lie on, and I had a good night's sleep. The room has its own private sulfur hot spring, and the water temperature is just right, so you can enjoy a private hot spring bath at any time, and your skin will be smooth after the bath. The hotel's swimming pool is even more amazing, with clear water, palm trees and lounge chairs, and every photo you take is a vacation blockbuster. The environment is quiet and elegant, the service is caring and enthusiastic, and it is impeccable from accommodation to leisure. The holiday atmosphere is full, and it is definitely a good place to relax. I will come again next time!

The tub was impeccably clean, and the water was crystal clear. The freshly drawn hot spring water emanated a gentle steam, and getting closer, you could even catch a faint natural sulfur scent – clearly the real deal. In the evening, drawing the courtyard curtains and soaking in the warm bath, watching the sunset slowly descend, all while sipping a hot tea, felt like all the accumulated stress and fatigue from daily life were carried away by the spring water. Every muscle and joint relaxed; that feeling of tranquility was truly indescribable. Soaking at night was even more romantic; you could look up at the starry sky with only the sounds of insects and flowing water in your ears – peaceful and therapeutic. This is what a vacation should be like. Breakfast on the second day was equally heartwarming. The biggest surprise was the 'Nine-Compartment Palace' style breakfast arrangement! Both the presentation and the sense of occasion were top-notch. Nine delicate small dishes were neatly arranged on a wooden tray, each one showcasing incredible care. The soft and smooth white congee, paired with their homemade crunchy pickled radishes and appetizing savory pickles, instantly awakened our taste buds. The freshly steamed sweet potatoes and corn had a natural sweetness. This nine-compartment arrangement was both rich and minimized waste, balancing sweet and savory, meat and vegetables. Every bite was a different delicious experience, making us feel incredibly happy. Just this level of thoughtfulness deserves full marks! Beyond that, the guesthouse's attention to detail was exceptional: anti-slip slippers and special bathrobes for the hot springs were provided in the room, and even the toiletries were branded. This entire stay was truly impeccable – natural hot springs, a heartwarming breakfast, and thoughtful service. Every aspect resonated with me. This place has truly been the best accommodation experience of our trip so far. We were so impressed by the lady who greeted us—she was incredibly helpful and kind, always on hand to assist us with anything we needed. The B&B's courtyard is absolutely beautiful, with stunning mountain views right from the window. The common areas are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The hot spring water is changed daily, and the public hot spring pools in the garden offer great views. You can also experience the private hot spring on the terrace, which really elevates the whole experience.

We stayed in the family suite 402. We arrived at 1 a.m., and the receptionist was already waiting for us. She was very welcoming and provided excellent service. Our room was also fantastic; we could see the sunrise over the mountains right from our room. Other hotels we stayed at in the ancient town before required us to run downstairs in the morning, which was very inconvenient. This was the one I chose after a long search, and it was definitely worth it! 👍 The photos were taken with my iPhone 15 and my wife's iPhone 16, so they are absolutely authentic.
