GGuest UserWho can refuse a place that looks so good to take pictures, and who can refuse to snow in March, Mohe has! The homestays are all large glass, it really feels so much to see the snow, and there is still snow and ice at the end of March. There is no one here. It's a pity that it will be snowed, so you must come again to see the real ice and snow! The people in the homestay are also super good, coaxing me as a child, upgrading me to a large suite with a view, the sanitary conditions are great, brainless, hahaha.

GGuest UserCame here during the National Day holiday, and stayed right in the heart of the scenic area.
No crowds, no traffic jams, just vibrant autumn foliage, bare white birch trunks standing tall and straight amidst the woods, and a lake as calm as a mirror, reflecting picturesque scenery. It's a view you truly need to see with your own eyes, one that brings peace to your heart.
Staying here, the moment you open your eyes, the moment you step out, you're living in a painting, and that painting stays with you.
Needless to say, the rooms were clean and hygienic. We booked different room types for our two-day stay, and each offered a unique view. The wide, floor-to-ceiling windows in the loft were absolutely stunning – I could have stared out of them for ages.
The service was incredibly warm, and the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were enthusiastically helpful without being overbearing, the chartered driver was reliable, and the travel itinerary was thoughtfully planned. We even tried an electric-assist family bike for the first time. Plus, there were thoughtful souvenirs, exquisite and delicious breakfasts, unexpectedly tasty snacks, and a concert in the evening...
Isn't this exactly what a vacation should be like?

Excellent
MM228112****This wasn't the most expensive room I stayed in during this trip, but it was definitely the most comfortable and my favorite. The quality of the hotel amenities is evident in the details; the provision of disposable towels and bath towels eliminates any concerns about hygiene, which is often an issue with B&Bs. The toiletries provided in the room are also of high quality, and there are so many of them that even as someone in the industry, I worried the owner's operating costs might be too high. The room was quite warm, which might be unusual for someone from the south, so the landlady cooled us down with delicious ice cream, half a dozen bottles of mineral water, and frozen pears and persimmons. Both the interior and exterior of the building show signs of professional design. As someone who is very particular about hotels, I surprisingly found almost no faults. If I had to pick something to tell the landlady, it would be this: Was that light box in the courtyard with the big flame and the 'Beiji Village' (Arctic Village) lettering placed there by your designer? It really detracts from the overall aesthetic of your courtyard! Hahaha.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort.
However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens – a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting.
The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB.
For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area.
I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night.

GGuest UserThe facilities in the winery are relatively old. There is no wardrobe in the room, only a clothes hanger, but there is a wall of wine bottle display cabinets 😅; the TV is very small and can't be watched; the Arctic Village splashing water into ice is ten yuan per time in the park, and the hotel does not provide hot water and splashing scoops. This is really not as good as Beihong Village; I asked, and the boss said that I could boil water to play, but there were no tools; in fact, I just wanted to compare and ask, the homestay owners in Beihong Village are more simple and kind.
