"The hotel was very clean and tidy. The bath towels and hand towels were all placed in a small sterilizing cabinet for disinfection, and there was also laundry service, which was very thoughtful. All the staff at the hotel were very enthusiastic, provided excellent service, and were always ready to help. Thumbs up!"

"Easy to n from Mohe Rail stn. Cab to hotel in town n vice versa, Rmb 10/- each way. Food wise many family run eating houses. Shopping plentiful, esp dried goods n fruits in season. Hotel was ok. Staff friendly, helpful n accomodating to our requests. We were given a plate of cut frozen pear as welcome. Only BIG dissappointment was the TV. Its was really stressful trying to get the TV to ”work”. Had to use 2 different TV remotes. Sometime both work sometimes both doesn't. Even the Boss had trouble getting it to work. He needs to resolve this issue, fast. Overall I give hotel a 9/10."

"First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

"The location is very convenient, right on the main street. It's just a few hundred meters to Songyuan Park, Beiji Square, and Mohe Dance Hall. The front desk can help you call a taxi, and it's only 6 yuan to go anywhere within the town. The front desk manager was excellent; they upgraded our room and even gave us a small gift. The service was warm and attentive. The only downside is that the room's soundproofing isn't great, so it can get quite noisy when people are passing by."

My downstairs room? Small. A little dim. Chosen for my sister’s convenience rather than my royal canine standards. But here’s the thing — when hospitality is this generous, the light comes from the people. I ate every meal at their café not out of laziness, but loyalty. Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. Since they don’t, here’s a conditional 5-star — contingent on tighter cleanliness under beds, chairs, and in the toilet. I raised this directly with the boss because I’d happily recommend this boutique stay to my pack… once the floors behave. All in, Mohe Youran Mountain Residence didn’t just host me — they claimed me. "The location is excellent; the memorial hall, Songyuan Park, and morning market are right next door, and the library is just a short walk away. Mohe isn't very big; you can drive around the hotel several times and see everything. The hotel seems to be one of the newer ones in the area. The facilities are good, but one room didn't have body lotion, and the other didn't have bottled water, making the service seem a bit rushed. They did provide complimentary frozen pear juice, birch soda, and fruit, which my child enjoyed. The room had an air purifier, so I didn't smell anything, but the hallway had a strong odor."

"I used to live in the high walls of the city. I can finally experience a different environment here. In addition to the warm, spacious and clean room, there is also the bed I am most willing to live in (the fire is really not used to sleeping), the night in the yard is full of stars and you can see the Milky Way 🌌. There is a snowman at the door of the hotel and two big red lanterns at night. There is a special atmosphere and feeling. "The room was large and clean, and the bathroom, with its separate shower and toilet, was spacious enough. The hotel breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff, including the receptionist and the chef, were very welcoming. Overall, a very good stay. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great, but everything else was perfect. Located in the heart of Mohe city, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city! I had a wonderful time here and would definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😆😆"

"Extremely satisfied with this guesthouse. I looked at many before coming, and finally video-chatted with the owner to see the room. It was even better in person than in the pictures. I have to give the owner an absolute five-star rating. They were very welcoming, the guesthouse was spotless, and they even helped with our luggage. The location was also very central and convenient. We had been drinking and the roads were slippery, so the owner even came to pick us up. They also provided free disposable towels, a Dyson hairdryer, and a humidifier. For someone like me who appreciates details, they really put in the effort. On our way back, they even gave us some local snacks. I rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I have to give a huge shout-out to the owner's hospitality and the comfortable guesthouse."
