__WeChat286811****The place is very photogenic, and they even give welcome gifts. The service is also very attentive, and the afternoon tea was delicious. We were lucky to see the beautiful morning mist and had a very comfortable stay.
Environment: Directly facing Mount Gemu Goddess, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are perfect for photos, and there's plenty of natural light. The combination of green grass, blue lake, and distant mountains is simply stunning, and it's even more magical with the clouds rolling by.
Service: The service was very attentive, and they were very quick to respond to our pick-up and drop-off requests.

GGuest UserAnother absolute gem in Yunnan. The price is relatively affordable and all you get for it is totally worth it. The views outward the hotel lobby is stunning and the decor of the interior is very cozy and fitting. You have a full view of the lake from the front unobstructed.
Rooms have everything basic and more. Relatively spacious and decorated very extensively, cozy and comfortable setting and bed. Nice setup in the bathroom area and shower is spacious. Toilet with automated bidet is also nice. For those who like bathing there is a bath with mountainside views and bath salts/supplies given.
The AI and automated curtains add a nice touch, though this one is more primitive than xiaodu.
Staff were very kind and helpful，offered to drop me off at the bus stop and served dessert at night.

GGuest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

GGuest UserThe long-awaited Qiushan Hotel was truly worth it. This unique designer hotel boasts stunning views of Lugu Lake. Sitting in the lobby, you're taken in by the endless scenery: green grass swaying in the wind, the lake shimmering. This is what slow living should be like. Every step in the hotel offers a unique view, and the hotel is equipped with Dyson hair dryers and unique toiletries. The service is attentive and considerate without being intrusive.
The hotel also has its own creative restaurant, offering a refreshing alternative for those unfamiliar with Yunnan cuisine. There's also a bar where you can enjoy music and a few drinks, making the trip truly enjoyable.
The hotel has three cats: Xiao Hei, Xiao Hu, and someone else (I forgot their names), who kept the kids entertained every day.
A few suggestions (not negative): For a hotel/B&B at this price point, the fact that the kettle doesn't automatically shut off after boiling is a bit puzzling and unsafe. Also, the hotel didn't include a large smart TV or projector. Is this the ideal leisure getaway?!
All in all, everything was excellent. I look forward to staying at another hotel in the group next time!

AAnananlichibaokaThis hillside hotel truly boasts a prime viewing location! The sunset restaurant and room balcony offer absolutely breathtaking views.
🏔️ A divine spot tucked away on the mountainside: Opening the window reveals Gêmu Mountain directly opposite, overlooking the sparkling expanse of Lugu Lake. It's most magical in winter; lying in bed and drawing the curtains, you see the morning mist drift across the lake like a veil – it's so beautiful it leaves you speechless!
🌅 The sunset restaurant is a must-visit! The glass viewing platform is the best spot for photos; when the afterglow paints the lake red, even the dinner plates seem to be rimmed with gold.
The public areas are fantastic for photos: The cliffside book bar and the mirrored water platform are perfect for creating stunning shots. Posing in a corner with the lake as a backdrop feels incredibly atmospheric. The room details are impeccable, with underfloor heating and a scenic bathtub. Turndown service even includes a complimentary warm tremella soup ☕.
I unexpectedly found a notebook 📙 in the room, filled with messages from previous guests – it really warmed my heart~

GGuest UserI stayed in the parent-child room with my grandma!!! I booked blindly after reading the comments! The joy of opening the blind box is that it is so worth it! There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! It was cloudy when I came, so I didn’t take pictures of the yard. The real picture is as shown~ The room service is also very considerate. We drove here by ourselves, and they helped us check in very late! The recommended tours and food are all great! I booked it directly

The smart home appliances are great that we even watch 2 movies during the 2 days we spent here. Highlight is that there’s a sichuan restaurant nearby is so authentic that you don’t want to miss.

GGuest UserThis Lugu Lake Hotel is a great experience! The facilities are very new, the room is fully equipped with smart devices, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The service is considerate and in place, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they are warm and thoughtful, and they respond to every request. The hygiene is impeccable, and every corner is clean and tidy. The best thing is the environment, with the green mountains behind and the lake view in front, and the terrace to drink tea and watch the sunset is super healing. It is definitely the first choice for vacation, and I will come again next time!

GGuest UserThe Lugu Lake trip was added temporarily. It started from Xichang, Sichuan. The 261-kilometer journey took more than 7 hours. Because Lugu Lake is deep in the mountains, there is no highway, only the winding national and provincial highways with a speed of 37 kilometers per hour. The entrance fee to Lugu Lake is collected by the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan. The hotel is already in Lijiang, Yunnan. Such a place far away from the hustle and bustle of the world is amazing (beating Erhai Lake by NN times)! The hotel is located in a beautiful position to enjoy the sunset of Lugu Lake. The facilities and services are beyond my expectations, and the cost performance is super high! In addition, the hotel's sour radish and old duck soup is super good, delicious and not expensive (I remembered that I didn't take a photo after the plate was cleaned)! PS: The hotel is full of beautiful women and handsome men from the proprietress to the employees.

GGuest UserI didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly.
The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful.
One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained.
A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time.
