From check in to check out everything was so smooth. Room was clean and tidy, the amenities were more than standard. Their service was incredible. All the staff were so energetic, professional, warm and friendly. I high recommend people who care the above staying this accommodation.

No regrets for booking this hotel. Very well kept with full amenities, most importantly beautiful scenery just outside the windows. Even we booked for 2 singles bedded room, but the size of beds can easily fit 4 adults or Good option for family of 4. The hotel also provided simple tea break after check in and supper before 10pm. All of us enjoyed the stay. Strongly recommended if one preferred a quiet place to recharge. So much more serenity compared to Daluosui.

I really enjoyed my Ligu lake trip, such a good experience as my first time travel to China 🇨🇳 Sarah and her team members are helpful, I had good breakfast also good coffee that you can asking for at any time 🫶 my room is really clean, that’s an important. As part of our 9-day self-drive trip in Yunnan, me and my wife visited the Lake Lu Gu last week and stayed two nights at the Torre De Marfil Hotel. All hardwares and softwares of the hotel were up to our entire satisfaction. Every little detail of the hotel facilities, whether in the rooms or in the public areas, has been carefully designed and properly maintained. The full and unblocked lakeview, which can be seen directly through the hotel room window, was magnificent and unforgettable. As we were told, most of the hotel personnel are native Mosuo people. We were deeply impressed by the enthusiasm shown by all of them, especially Xiao Zhang at the Reception Desk, in their works. Without any exception, they responded proactively and efficiently to all our requests. They voluntarily helped us bring our heavy luggages to and from the carpark while explaining to us the unusual marriage traditions followed by the Mosuo Tribe. Breakfasts were provided in individual sets instead of buffets. We were particularly impressed by their presentations, tastes and varieties, which were so much better than what we had in those bigger hotels we had stayed in Dali and Lijiang. Free dessert soups were served and brought to the rooms every evening, which to us were a big surprise! We 100% enjoyed our stay in Torre De Marfil and would definitely recommend it to anyone who happens to be visiting Lu Gu.

I met two lovely friends, Sixteen and Seventeen. The owner of a homestay with both cats and dogs should be very happy. The overall sanitary environment is very good. It is a one-minute walk from Lugu Lake and very close to the Rig Peninsula. I saw two red envelopes on the bed when I just checked into the room. The very attentive store manager also prepared souvenirs, which are Yunnan tea leaves. He helped to take the luggage to the room. Their breakfast was also delicious. The store manager also prepared coffee and afternoon tea. The overall stay was very good. The room is smart, and Xiao Ai solves everything! A homestay that made my trip to Lugu Lake very comfortable and pleasant. It is mainly very quiet. Unlike Daluoshui Village, which is too commercialized, Rig Village will be relatively quieter. The starry sky is bright at night, but it’s a pity that Apple phones can’t capture its beauty. I think that after several years, if I have the opportunity to visit Lugu Lake again, I would still like to stay in this homestay in Rig, where I feel at home and can feel the warmth and happiness of cats and dogs’ hands☺️.

Location is great, just 5min walk from pedestrian only boundary and staff can come out to arrange bringing luggage to the hotel with prior arrangements. Breakfast is delicious too. Major thumb up to the roof garden where you can see the snow mountain with good weather and they put some decoration there for photo shoot.

The hotel is very good, with a dedicated parking lot. When you arrive, the housekeeper will come out to help with your luggage, which is very welcoming. The hotel is quiet. It is very pleasant to sit outside in the afternoon and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lugu Lake and drink a cup of coffee. The room is also very comfortable, and you can directly see the lake view and sunset. I will choose Tingshui'an Hotel next time.

I didn’t expect that the family suite was so convenient. Kids can stay on the loft, and parents are still within their sight thanks to the open space design. This is very unique and truly family friendly. The amenities are modern with built-in smart technologies. Buffet breakfast is a proper combination of carbs, proteins and fruits, and they taste good. The staffs are polite and helpful. One could tell the hotel is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained. A big thumbs up for this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Lugu lake next time.
