Advantages:
1. Nice environment, convenient parking, and very quiet.
2. The room size and layout are reasonable. A standard room has a square table and two chairs, and the slippers are very comfortable. Thumbs up!
3. The Chinese restaurant is delicious, really delicious. I ate lunch here twice. The service was also very good; they reminded me that the portions were quite large and not to order too much.
Disadvantages:
1. The breakfast is not great; the variety is limited.
2. All bathroom fixtures are Grohe. The wall-mounted toilet with a rear flush is unnecessary; water tends to splash out when flushing. Be careful with the hot water in the shower; the water pressure on the fourth floor is too low. Ideally, it should be at least 0.3 MPa.
3. The charging ports on the table are oddly placed; there are quite a few, but my charger was difficult to plug in. (See picture below)
Overall, it's a good hotel, very cost-effective, comfortable, and quiet.

It was my first time to stay at a hotel on the first day of its opening. The housekeeper Jackie was very enthusiastic and contacted me via WeChat two weeks in advance. She also sent out guides for things to do and eat in the surrounding area. All service staff are very enthusiastic and solve problems quickly. I hope they can continue to do so. The children said they were very satisfied. There was a party in the evening, and many staff took the children to play various games, which relieved the adults. The buffet is quite rich, and Snow World is right opposite, which is very convenient. It was a bit late for skiing, so I helped delay check-out a little, and also gave two little dolls as gifts. The children were very satisfied.

On a business trip to Taicang, I stumbled upon the Jinmao Yinyi Rose Manor Hotel. It was incredibly convenient for my departure the next day. I checked in close to 9 PM, and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, patiently helping me switch to a twin room on the first floor. The room came with a private viewing balcony, and stepping out, I was greeted by an elegant courtyard – a truly pleasant view. The guest room was spacious and airy, complete with a separate walk-in closet and a delicate dressing table. The TV supported screen mirroring, and there was even a thoughtful Taicang travel guide on the desk – so much attention to detail. The next morning, a light drizzle fell. I walked through the indoor connecting bridge to the breakfast area, where the food selection was plentiful and the ingredients fresh and abundant. After breakfast, I strolled through the gracefully winding corridors, enjoying the misty rain. The air was fresh and humid – so relaxing and rejuvenating. This short stay, less than 12 hours, was comfortable, peaceful, convenient, and utterly delightful. A truly wonderful business trip respite ✨

Guest UserI saw it online and booked it directly. I didn't expect it to be the same as what was described online.
The room is large, clean and hygienic, especially the floor-to-ceiling glass, you can directly see the scenery outside
I get up in the morning, sit outside and drink tea, listen to music, and watch the stream flow, and I feel very relaxed.
The breakfast is relatively ordinary, probably because it has just opened, but the dinner is really remarkable and the price is relatively moderate.
Overall, it is worth recommending.
You can also barbecue 😀

Initially, after booking, I was a bit concerned seeing the mixed reviews on Ctrip, but after checking in, I actually found it to be pretty good.
First of all, the day before arrival, customer service reached out to ask for our license plate number. They also added us on WeChat to send over the address, important instructions, and the necessary pass for Seventy-Two Villages. We arrived in the afternoon, and our room was still being prepared. While we waited, they kindly offered us complimentary soft drinks.
We stayed in a LOFT room, which was perfect for our group of three adults and one child, with the addition of a tatami mat. The room offered a pleasant view of the fields.
The room key was an old-fashioned type; you had to manually lock the door after closing it, otherwise, it could be opened from the outside. You also needed to lock it from the outside when leaving the room. This system felt a bit dated and could definitely be improved.
On the LOFT level, the common area in the lobby featured an automatic mahjong table, which is great for larger groups.
The central air conditioning in the room was quite loud, which I found difficult to get used to, and I barely slept the first night. By the second day, I had adjusted to the noise, but the AC was too cold. Even after adjusting the temperature upwards and changing the fan speed, it didn't make much of a difference.
Upon check-out, they also gave us complimentary bottled water and a frog toy for the child, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The butler/concierge service is available until 9 PM, so if you need anything, it's best to contact customer service via WeChat earlier in the day.
