"The whole issue was a family we have booked. We have booked a room for two adults and two children via trip.com but in the system there was a reservation only for two adults. After showing the prof of booking for 4 persons, the hotel staff provide small chair-bed.. but generally it was not very comfortable.. Apparently the whole issue was a with intermediator/ agency. However, not sure that we would go again to this hotel.."

It's basically the same as the photos. The room is quite spacious, and the parking lot is also very empty. There's a restaurant and a bar in the hotel, and it's convenient to go to the nearby shopping center. Some things at DM here are good quality and inexpensive, although the fruit doesn't look cheap. There's no air conditioning, but the bathroom exhaust fan seems to be cooling; it's cool even with the windows closed and open.

Очень хороший отель, просто не к чему придраться. Чисто и уютно. Идеальное расположение: самый центр города, рядом транспортная развязка и пешеходная зона, но при этом тихо и спокойно. Очень вкусные завтраки. Сервис тоже на высоком уровне, откликаются на любую просьбу. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.

XissyThe facility is quite clean, but it's a shame it's old, so there are things like stains on the walls and stained carpets, and it smells stale. I recommend a renovation to remove all the stains.
Excellent service, very kind and friendly receptionist, and the restrooms are also good. They have a restaurant and bar. The location is convenient, a 15-20 minute walk from the center.

This adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron).

Classic, unique, small hotel. The employees are very friendly and the rooms are clean and well equipped. However, the mattress is quite soft, so it may be tough for people with weak waist. Although there are not many types of breakfast, the venue is elegant and tastes good. I am grateful that there is a free parking lot.

The hotel rooms were tidy as shown in the photo, and I used the room opposite the elevator, but I could hardly hear people sounding better than I thought.
I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I have enjoyed the air conditioner properly 🥰
The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, the mattress is uncomfortable, so I couldn't sleep properly, but I slept properly 🤩
Crazy good mattress, really well sleeped 🤓
I can recommend this hotel without conditions. If I come back to Augsburg, I will come back in any case 🙋🏻

Very nice hotel, good facilities and good environment. The only downside is that there is no front desk, no one does registration and check-out, network service, not suitable.
It would be better if there was a manual front desk service

NotenwuThe counter staff is only on duty until 10pm. If you exceed the time, you can only use the emergency phone, which is relatively inconvenient. In addition, the automatic check-in machine at the door was out of order when checking in, so the entire check-in process was a bit delayed, but the service staff was proactive in helping to deal with it.
