"Unfortunately, you can't give zero or negative stars; even one star is too much. I definitely can't recommend this place. The smell is disgusting right from the start, especially in the backyard. Then there's the room. I booked a room with a private bathroom, but instead, I got a room with a shared bathroom/toilet. There was a trail of feces in the toilet, the faucet was loose, and there was no toilet paper. The lounge stank, the table was dirty, and you'd be better off not sitting on the chairs in the room. The doorbell at reception didn't work, and no one answered the landline or mobile phone. After contacting the hotel by email, someone finally responded, and supposedly it was a misunderstanding and they would refund my money. Now, suddenly, the booking website says no agreement could be reached. Absolutely outrageous! I paid double for a room that's not even worth half the price. Still no agreement and no further response 😡😡😡"

"This is a small, classic hotel with a unique atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. However, the mattresses are quite soft, so it may be difficult for people with weak backs. The breakfast menu is elegant and tasty, although there isn't a wide variety. Free parking is also a plus."

Excellent parking (when available) Only issue we had was with the trams which ran quite late into the night and woke us up. (Ask for a quiet room if this is likely to be an issue)"

"The hotel is very convenient because of the room's features. All is reasonably new and perfectly cared. Location is also great, because you are in the middle of the city. There is a small Remote air conditioning, which runs quite noiseless.In winter you can put it on heating. So stay top, certainly recommend."

When I had to pick it up: - I waited 10 minutes at the reception - no one greeted - When I asked about the order, I was told that since I didn't call back on the day of the order, nothing was there. I would suggest to revise the courtesy standard. Furthermore, if the kitchen is open, it could be a solution to offer an alternative.
