"Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor. We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue."

"The advantages and disadvantages are very obvious, and the cost performance is above average. Advantages: It is right outside the train station, very convenient. Located in the old town, it takes less than 15 minutes to walk to central scenic spots such as the Municipal Square. There is also an Oriental Supermarket not far away, which is run by Chinese and sells all kinds of Chinese items (including instant noodles and condiments). The environment inside the house is clean and there is a kettle, but the quilt is relatively small. The restaurant is small, but the ingredients are rich, and there are salmon and various fruits for breakfast. What’s interesting is Figure 2, where a terracotta warrior is placed in the front lobby. Disadvantages: It doesn't look like a commercially operated hotel, for example, there is no 24-hour front desk, it feels like a cozy family workshop. We arrived around 9:30 in the morning and were told that the front desk was not open yet. Only the aunt who cleaned the restaurant was there. She was nice and told us that we could store our luggage for free. It would be around 11:30 before someone at the front desk would check us in. In short, the price is expensive at the train station, but it’s still okay."

"A pleasant and clean hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff in good location. About a fifteen to twenty minute walk from the train station and a very short walk from all of the many city centre sights. I would happily stay there again."

"This hotel is consistently maintained baroque style furnished in a large villa, surrounded by a park. Style Roman emperors (overall SPQR and paintings of gladiators and Roman emperors. Italian food and Italian staff. Fantastic restaurant and breakfast with genuine orange juice. We have enjoyed!"

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. It is clean, modern and comfortable. Starting with a warm Bavarian welcome at the reception, check-in was quick and easy, especially if you complete the online check-in prior to to arrival. The room was spacious, modern and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, the desk and chairs were a nice touch and the bathroom had really nice amenities. The AC worked well and windows were soundproofed as I did not hear any traffic outside even though the main road was on my side of the hotel. The breakfast was also fantastic. The variety of eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, fruit, breads, pastries, and more was amazing. Besides coffee specialties and tee, you could make freshly pressed orange juice. Last but definitely not least, the staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone from the reception, breakfast room and bar were friendly and very polite. You were made to feel as if you were at home. One last bonus is the parking garage option. I do not have a single complaint to report."
