GGuest UserI checked in and went up to the room, only to find the room not done yet. The door was open, with everything undone. Had to call the maid somewhere in the floor, and waited 15 minutes downstairs before going up to the cleaned room. But everything else, including the whole interior, was in good order. Service personnel were all polite and ready to help. The room could have been a little spacier, though.

KKaisazhiluIt's a bit remote, 10 minutes walk from Eschborn Sued train station. It's not recommended for people with big suitcases, as there are big ups and downs. There is a shopping park and various supermarkets nearby. It's 10 minutes by train to the exhibition, which is quite convenient.

There are nice restaurants nearby too, local food, Italian food, etc. I love the neighborhood, so quiet and peaceful!

AAnonymous UserIt was a great stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, easy to reach, enough parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. We really liked the room and its furnishings, it is comfortable and modern. Everything was very clean. We can only recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly.

AAnonymous UserA very nice hotel, with very friendly reception staff. Many extra services, such as slippers and shoe polish. The location is ideal, close to the S-Bahn (suburban train station), and parking is easy to find. The room is tastefully furnished, with great colors and style, a comfortable bed, and very clean. It has a small refrigerator and a coffee machine. Excellent! We'd be happy to come back!

GGuest UserI find the hotel very pleasantly equipped. I can't complain about the cleanliness, everything is as it should be. The location was perfect; directly opposite the trade fair. Employees are very nice and very helpful.

TTravyyyBudget level of hotel, front desk receptionists are not all well trained, some didn’t know the exact staying rules, I paid extra 1 night before arrival due to flight delay, but staff is asking for additional charges for the very same day booking, (they corrected the mistake eventually though). Cleaning staff work quality is not consistent. Some ladies are doing great job, some guys are barely finish the room cleaning task. Not holiday inn standard that I expected.
