"Buscaba algo en Puerto Rico, alejado y con buenas vistas que me permitiera descansar y desconectar. Encontré el Grand Horizon por accidente y ha sido increíble, elegí habitación con piscina! Todo los detalles cuidados al máximo, el apartamento dispone de absolutamente todo ( lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha, ollas, sartenes, agua filtrada para beber) para hacer una compra y no volver a salir en toda la estancia. En lo alto de la montaña, con facilidad aparcamiento, apenas ningún ruido, las mejores vistas de la zona! El desayuno de muy alta calidad y aunque es un hotel de atención virtual el poco personal que hay es muy amable, hay muy buen ambiente y están pendiente de todos los detalles. Un auténtico 5 estrellas al que deseo volver pronto"

GGuest UserI've been around the world. Born in London. I'm Greek Cypriot, so I'm always in Cyprus. I'm living in Florida, so I'm used to top-end hotels. And I'm here. This hotel is a classic. It's perfect. It's everything you want with some sense of tradition and a bit of old school. The staff are amazing. The facility is wonderfully laid out. The cleanliness of food. Considering it's a busy place, it's well laid out. Even the gym, the diving, the cycling, higher that you can do at a professional level or an amateur level. You've got top-end bikes that you can cycle higher from here. It's right opposite the shops. It's perfect. For the money, you can't get better.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out.

The room is spacious and clean. The bedroom is excellent. The toilet served, bathroom shoes shoes for the pool.
The spa is a larger (heated hammam sauna) reserved for 1h only for 6 people at the time.
On the balcony: a jacuzzi!!!
Breakfast: excellent with a wide choice.

MMarcWe booked this hotel as we needed an extra night before checking into our main holiday.
Pleasantly surprised at how lovely this place was. We had a pool level room with a huge terrace, very clean, well maintained. The only downside was only the bedroom had air conditioning and as we used the sofa bed (very comfortable) as well it was a really hot night!
Excellent y friendly service and the buffet breakfast was lovely. But a long walk and multiple lifts … but wow the view from up top was incredble.
We would definitely stay here again

GGuest UserClean & comfortable beds, quiet & great free shuttle to nearest beach, great pool & spacious restaurant area. Good shop at front entrance, hotel is close to bars, cafe & restaurants, you can get a taxi to other parts of coast, 10mins to (Puerto Rico) where you can take lovely boat trips to other islands. Would definitely recommend staying here

GGuest UserWe had a great 4 day break at this hotel and loved the elevated views overlooking the bay. The pool was beautifully warm for February and the amenities were great, the hotel was small enough that we didn’t have to worry about our 8 year old going off and making friends etc. It had a very relaxed feel, there were enough sun loungers and the solarium area was great for extra sunbathing space too. Location was great - although it was a very steep walk up from the beach/harbour and the main commercial centre, we preferred the smaller Europa centre which was a 5 min walk - nice bars and restaurants and an open middle area with free soft play which the kids enjoyed. Would definitely recommend as an easy, good value option for families.
