"Country small hotel, you need to walk a distance to eat. It is quite satisfactory, it is clean, there is a door directly to the outdoors, it feels a little unsafe, maybe because it is a small city, safety may be OK."

Great eco-friendly hotel. Pleasantly surprised by free access to lounge which provides free breakfast in the morning and beverages/snacks throughout the day. Great location with centre of Lille.

Guest UserThe receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

Guest UserAnother excellent stay at the Art Deco Hotel in Lille la Madeleine, our second stay in this unique establishment. Cleanliness and quiet are guaranteed, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only slight drawback is that the rooms have bathtubs rather than showers, but with beautiful faucets. In short, we will return for a third time on a future trip. The best thing about this establishment is a tram line right in front of the hotel that takes you to the city center.

The room was spacious, and it was good to have hangers and hooks available. However, there was only one shower room and one toilet for our floor, which was not sufficient. There were no hooks in the shower room, making it difficult to hang clothes or towels, and there were also no racks to place shower products. The ventilation in both the toilet and shower room did not seem adequate, and no hairdryers were available. That said, the shower room was clean. Overall, the stay was decent for the price.

Atiqullah Raffii love this hostel, its a real one. with large space of kitchen, resting area. clean room / toilet and everything. near to metro. the staff also very kind and helpful. i will book this place again. near to groceries store. just next to this hostel and 5 min walks to metro… greattttt

Kate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible.
You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot.
Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel.
Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh...
The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night.
When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately.
Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control.

Joe the world citizenThe hotel is located across from the train station Lille Flandres. The receptionist is located in the bar. Pressing the bell on the side door is useless. The room number does not include the floor number, so be sure to ask the receptionist. I could not find the flush button for the toilet at the beginning. It is located on the side of the toilet. There are many electrical cords under the toilet, which is weird. Overall it was what I paid for: a cheap hotel to catch my train in the morning.
