Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good Very close to the airport, which is super convenient. It's the best choice for an airport hotel! Very quiet, comfortable, and cozy. I'm so happy and satisfied, and even touched!

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the bathroom and shower facilities were good. However, I really disliked how slow the check-in process was, even though the staff's attitude was good. Passengers on layovers or connecting flights usually don't need much service, just a quick check-in. It was very slow and inefficient, but everything else was great. The shuttle train to other terminals was also very close and convenient.

An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. The hotel itself is fine, but for an airport hotel, you'd expect it to be convenient and within walking distance. However, it's quite far from T2, so you still need to take a taxi, which is a bit inconvenient. But I guess it's still the closest option.

Excellent hotel, especially for the money. Large, comfortable rooms with everything you need, quiet too. Good bar and restaurant, I had the smash burger, it was tasty and well cooked. The best thing is the staff - all friendly and professional. The stand out staffer though is Munson at reception, first class in everything he does. I'll be recommending friends and colleagues to stay here whenever they're close to the airport - a hotel Novatel should be proud of.

The room was spacious enough. Although a bit dated, it was perfectly fine for a layover before my next flight. It had air conditioning, which worked very well. About a 10-minute walk away, there's a small Carrefour supermarket, a Sushi Bowl, and a pizza place where you can grab some food. There's also a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. Now, let's talk about the shuttle bus. The meeting point given on their official website is near the Sheraton hotel, on the second floor of Terminal 2, above the train station. You'll see a sign for the hotel shuttle near an elevator. From there, you'll need to carry your luggage upstairs to the outdoor area to wait for the bus. Also, the hotel might not use a vehicle with its own logo; they might use a bus from another hotel and then call out the name of their hotel. So, please pay close attention or listen carefully, and don't just stubbornly look for a bus with their logo. Don't ask me how I know this; it was a painful learning experience! 😭

The hotel is in the suburbs, close to the highway intersection. It is very convenient if you don't drive. There are many free parking lots. But there is no supporting facilities nearby, only a bus stop, and it is far from the subway station. The breakfast is OK, the room is small, there is no electric kettle, but you can get hot water in the lobby on the first floor.

Rooms good and clean, relativity new. There's a lot of amenities in the lobby. Front desk is sort of slow. My check in took 15+ minutes for me personally for a room which was already pre-paid and I wasn't even queing. Location is a bit from the airport, not too far. Even though there's a shuttle for the area for 7 eur, it's better with Uber for a little more.

Very disappointing stay Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very poor. The management needs serious improvement, and the reception staff were not welcoming at all. The first room I was given had a door that would not lock. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. However, the second room also had issues. The portable heater was broken and not working properly. I informed the receptionist, and someone came up to look at it. I was told it was fixed, but it wasn’t—the room remained cold throughout the night. On top of that, I wanted to take a warm bath to get comfortable, but the bathtub tap was not working either. Overall, the lack of proper maintenance and poor customer service made this stay very uncomfortable. I do not see myself returning to this hotel. They really need to do better.
