"Compared to other airport hotels, this one is a bit further out. You have to drag your luggage quite a distance outdoors after getting off the Airport Express. The hotel itself is just okay; the rooms feel a bit dated. There's nothing else particularly noteworthy. If the price is right, it's an option."

The only downside was that the hotel only offered frozen bento boxes; they didn't provide any other dinner options. It would have been better if this could have been improved."

"Hotels that before the Olympics were asking for 200 euros per room now ask for double. We found this three-star hotel that asked us for 180 euros. Honest. Small but clean room, bonsai version bathroom. Close to Le Bourget airport, about 10 minutes. In the middle of nowhere but in the same building there is a steak house (review to follow). Three-star breakfast. Good sleep quality apart from the duvet that I removed from the bed using only the sheet."

"I booked a room for 2 people but the room had 3 people max capacity. My daughter who is 14 was to stay with family members but plans changed for that one night and was to stay with us instead. Front desk lady did not care or have consideration we came from Canada and we had to book another room! She wouldn’t allow my daughter to stay in the same room. We even offered to pay for another person for our room, she did not listen. Horrible customer service. We had to write in a card and asked for a pen. They asked for the pen back as they didn’t have more. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Never would go back or recommend to others."

The best thing is the staff - all friendly and professional. The stand out staffer though is Munson at reception, first class in everything he does. I'll be recommending friends and colleagues to stay here whenever they're close to the airport - a hotel Novatel should be proud of."
