"We had booked a room for our wedding preparations. When we arrived, the sofa bed was broken, the light didn't work, and we were moved to another room. Two hours later, when we got to this new room, we found a cockroach the next day when we returned from our wedding! We were then moved to a third room for the last night because we were too tired to go home, and this one was "okay"... it was truly awful."

"Excellent hotel, especially for the money. Large, comfortable rooms with everything you need, quiet too. Good bar and restaurant, I had the smash burger, it was tasty and well cooked. The best thing is the staff - all friendly and professional. The stand out staffer though is Munson at reception, first class in everything he does. I'll be recommending friends and colleagues to stay here whenever they're close to the airport - a hotel Novatel should be proud of."

"I spent two nights at this hotel, in two different rooms. The first night was fine. However, the second was a terrible experience. The bathroom wasn't clean, the sink was clogged, and the soundproofing was awful. The door to the next room creaked every time it opened, waking me up three times during the night. I then couldn't get back to sleep. It's a shame, because that second night completely ruined my stay. I hope these problems will be addressed to improve the comfort of future guests."

"Honestly, the location right on the road was fantastic, I really liked that. However, what I didn't appreciate was the toilet bowl – it wasn't clean. I noticed some yellowish discoloration and dust on it. The coffee maker also hadn't been cleaned; there was limescale inside. Otherwise, the rest of the place was clean, and I definitely recommend it."

"I booked a stay at this hotel, hoping for a relaxing weekend with my boyfriend, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room’s soundproofing was terrible. we could clearly hear the TV and conversations from the neighboring room, which completely ruined any sense of privacy. To make matters worse, the room had a connecting door to the next room, something that was not mentioned in the room description when I booked. I reported this issue to the reception upon checkout, but no proper resolution was offered. Instead of addressing my complaint, the hotel later responded by offering a room upgrade for a future stay, which is like proposing a steak to a vegetarian. After this experience, I have no intention of returning. For a 4-star hotel, I expected much better. Proper soundproofing and transparency in room descriptions should be a basic standard. If you value peace, privacy, and a truthful booking experience, I do not recommend staying there. In addition, the entire staff team (from reception to the waiters in the restaurant) is not smiling, which is also a pity for a 4-star hotel."
