"The hotel is very well located, near the square you can walk around. But for the same reason it has no parking and it is not possible to do it in the nearby places as the streets are closed or full of cars, which makes it a problem especially when the baggage is coming up or out. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was varied and the buffet was a good one. The hall is beautiful and spacious, but the rooms need a renovation."

"The location is very good, just on the central square, there are many restaurants to go out, and you can walk to the commercial street by the sea in 2 minutes. Very small boutique hotel. Stayed in the suite on the top floor (4th floor), with an exclusive oversized terrace, which can see the entire square and part of the sea view, which is great (Figure 3). There is also a hot tub for suites on the terrace. The service staff is also very enthusiastic. Overall, the stay experience is very good, although the facilities are definitely not 5 stars in all aspects, but it should be a good choice on this island. In addition, the hotel closed from November to April."

GGuest UserI cannot recommend hotel Casaly enough! The staff were incredible and genuinely helpful. They really do an amazing job at connecting and getting to know their guests. We felt so cared for. The room was incredible and was cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was great to have in the city. The products they provided for us were of a great quality. This is worth the money!

YYangguangmeilixiannvLSuper beautiful, the 2-bedroom suite is perfect, the clean and clean waiters are warm, the room and the courtyard pool are very beautiful, you can just watch the sunrise in the morning, and there is free Pilates class. The breakfast is not too delicious, the order system is just these options.

GGuest UserHotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

GGuest UserStaff were super nice! Location is kinda far from the main cities but that’s why they have so much on property to do. Purpose is to stay at resort and use amenities. Beautiful resort and our room was perfect for our honeymoon plus amazing views. We love paddle boarding and paddled every day we were there since it was included in our stay. We also had a couples massage at spa which was amazing. Food on property is delicious especially breakfast. Drinks and snacks at pool were great and affordably priced which is rare at 5 star hotels. I highly recommend!

GG GelakinsWhat a gem of a hotel. Lovely spa attached and Lydia is too wonderful. Fell asleep whilst she did my facial. The staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you organizing everything you need. Rooms are lovely and big. Good value for money.
