"A totally relaxing, luxurious & peaceful retreat. Expansive ocean views from a private pool, perfectly designed for star gazing, sunset & spotting boats on the horizon. Beautifully designed spacious rooms perfect for lounging & steps from the equally lovely main pool & great restaurant. Staff so professional, warm, helpful & friendly. Rumour has it a celebrity guest was in our midst. Despite our best nosey efforts, the staff would not disclose who. No surprise they would choose this resort. An idyllic beach & cliff edge taverna is a short walk away. As is an Alice in Wonderland inspired cafe. Like the rest of Kefalonia, just gorgeous🧡"

"The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"We were very disappointed with our recent 1 night stay at this hotel. We booked a classic room promising personal concierge service, early/late check in, and welcome treat. The initial receptionist ( lady with long dark hair) was lovely and helpful and promised our room would be ready for 1pm -- we had to wait until nearly 2pm for the room. We didnt receive a welcome treat (or was that meant to be the 'welcome drink' that we did get) and we saw no sign of our personal concierge. The room was comfortable enough - it was small though and the balcony was tiny (although it had a lovely view over the main town square). There was no hairdryer in the room -- we mentioned this to reception and the male receptionist was a bit offhand and advised we ahould have called him and he would have made a hairdryer available ---- well the cleaner should have checked that the room had the hairdryer in the allocated wardrobe drawer before declaring that the room was ready for us! We were disappointed that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room -- although to be fair the availability of these facilities was not included in the room description. The safety deposit box was completely out of reach on top of the built in wardrobe -- useless......I mentioned this to the male receptionist, who suggested we should 'climb' (presumably using the single cfhair in the room) to get access!). Not wonderful health and safety!!! There were 3 steps by the main entrance to the hotel - this made it difficult for anybody with large suitcases......there appeared to be no 'accessible' hotel entrance. Breakfast was just about acceptable -- usual half cold bacon, cocktail sausages and eggs in buffet style and continental choices (cold meats, cheese etc). Nice pastries and the coffee was remarkably good coming from a machine! All in all -- disappointing for the money we paid. This was our second visit to this hotel --- we probably would stay there again if only for its location in Argostoli."

"We stayed at this hotel for a wedding back in June (sorry for the late review)! The hotel is unbelievably clean and the staff are so friendly and attentive they couldn't do enough for you. Had a massage on the final day by Dimitra it was absolutely bliss! The only thing for us is the constant music that plays on repeat all day everyday its so repetitive so we could not wait to get out after breakfast! Would highly recommend though minus the music :)"

"Second time at this hotel. The staff are lovely, rooms clean and spacious, lots of choice for breakfast. Pool bar and staff are very good as is the food served there. Great location by the beach and a short walk to tavernas in Karavomylos, absolutely recommend the bakery there too 100%. Short walk into Sami for other great restaurants by the harbour.Had a room with splash pool which was used daily to cool off and it was pleasant to relax on our own patio."
