Got the services more than expected .Mr Joby Joseph who guided us throughout the journey. I liked his humanity
Really needed appreciation for Mr Joby.
Crew was neat and Hygene
We had plesent stay there.
I recommend tharanginin house boats

My stay at my trip house boat was average only. There are three drawbacks. 1. Package was expensive but they turned on the ac only from 9pm to 6am. 2. Food was not good(bf, lunch and dinner)
3. The door lock was not working well both in main door as well as bathroom.

Poor room services. Had asked for warm drinking water for my mother, but the reception did not bother to send to the room. Room was neat and clean but the door in the bathroom was broken and not maintained. At this cost of nearly 3800 for a room expected better.
