GGuest UserExcellent stay and very good premises. Bread served during breakfast was not fresh. So avoided lunch and dinner at ataraxia since we were unsure of the food quality since there were no other guests during our stay. Barring this, the stay was excellent, staff was courteous.

GGuest UserFrom the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! Hyatt ALL YOUR Staff are 6-Star Performers, Keep It Up and My BIG THANK YOU TO YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Although breakfast was included in the order this time, the hotel said it was not available, but the customer service handled it quickly and resolved it smoothly.

”I recently booked a hotel in Dehradun for my guests who were visiting the city for the first time, and they had a wonderful experience. They were particularly impressed by the excellent food, the hygiene of the rooms, and the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel's location is another great advantage, as it is conveniently close to ISBT, making it easily accessible. My guests were so pleased with their stay that they expressed their desire to return to the same hotel on their future visits to Dehradun. Highly recommended!”

GGuest UserThe property is located centrally with appropriate parking space. Showrooms of big apparel brands & eateries are available nearby. Back to hotel, rooms are spacious, neatly done, room service is good and more importantly food is good with just adequate spices. Their roof top restaurant provides good anxiolytic experience.

GGuest UserThe stay was good, the amenities and the rooms where quite good and were as displayed. One staff members behaviour was not that good but it was neutral. While check in the lady on the counter asked me to write full address despite having my aadhar photocopy. She started judging us because of our look. It was disappointing but other staff and watchman was polite and helpful. Food was quite good but little expensive.

GGuest UserThe stay was average. But the staffs are very cooperative. And food from restaurant was really tasty and they served it very fast after keeping order. Toilet did not get proper hot water rest everything was fine.
