Good location near railway station and bus terminal.
A nice place to stay at Madurai. they have a good restaurant.
location is less crowded... even though within the city

Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis. Water bottles were given only on first day and for the rest of the days they charged. When reported they said they will give the free water bottles when we are vacating and they refused to cut down the charges made on water bottles.

The property was good. But the cleanliness was horrible. They don't clean the bath room and even the flush was not working. Tv was not there in the room. But they claim that while booking. Even we have to ask for the bucket in the bathroom. Hot water also not available.
