"This was, without a doubt, the best place we stayed during our entire trip. While the room and bathroom were cozy, it hardly mattered because everything else was simply magnificent. The location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of the beautiful old district of Ragusa Ibla.
The owner was one of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met, always ready with useful information. The shared spaces are an absolute dream; the jacuzzi is perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring, and the Zen pool is a wonderfully tranquil spot to relax in the afternoon.
But the absolute highlight was the breakfast. It was on another level—truly top-notch and unlike anything you'll find anywhere else. We cannot recommend this gem of a place enough!"

LANThe hotel is actually on the slope, and the place you navigated to is down the slope. The car can park on the side of the road for free, and the hotel is monitored. Ring the bell uphill to open the door to enter, pass a small flower courtyard and a long corridor, and check in on the second floor. Our room is on the fifth floor. The two bedrooms are separated. There is a separate bathroom. There is a large terrace outside. It is great to sit outside on a sunny day the next day. There is a door on the fifth floor to go directly to the upper city of Ragusa. You can swipe your room card, which is very convenient. In the morning, the breakfast was quite rich. The front desk of the dinner hotel introduced a restaurant not far from the city. In the 16th-century house, the dishes, environment and service are very good. In winter, there are few people, so we will book a meal during our meal.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Frienfly staff, good location. We spent 10 wonderful days here... a couple of things to mention for future bookings. The private beach is not free although no extra charge mentioned on the website (20 euros/day!). We have not been told that if you wish to have clean towels for the pool it also comes with extra charge per day. The safe in the room isnt free to use either. Im very glad we did breakfast only in the hotel as the food is very repetetive (if you are a meat lover its a big no no). Plenty of cakes, different kinda bread options but not much esle. For 35euros/person its better to sit in s restaurant on the beach!
The secure carpark is very good if you renting a car, the pool is great and well mainained.
We had a great time!

I spent a wonderful 3-day stay with my wife at the Erem. The staff is available, courtesy and prepared; the location is simply fabulous: you note the respect of the original structure and the surrounding nature. Breakfast is 10! Central location compared to all the sites of greater interest. If we only move a note, we believe the bathroom should be renovated while respecting the original atmosphere. We will surely return. P. S. : The Arab fountain that crosses almost the entire structure would deserve to be studied in the hydraulic engineering faculties!

Excellent location, at the border between Ragusa center and Ragusa Ibla. Very beautiful and very staff very furnished and available. Discrete the first breakfast with the possibility of choosing between various coffee mixtures. To improve the cleaning of the room and in particular the bathroom.

Purtroppo sono andato in periodo di forti restrizioni dovute al covid, pertanto non ho potuto valutare a pieno la struttura.
