The Palace was a beautiful resort. The staff was impeccably trained, spoke English and were cordial throughout our stay. The grounds were stunning and the restaurant food delicious. Our stay was perfect.

Bed was rock hard, pillows flat, floor bubbled and moved when you stepped on it, could not access lift as in almost continual use by staff, breakfast buffet sp****, pastry stale and fruit was FROZEN. Basic is so much more than this place was - Avoid if you can.

Lovely well presented hotel, centrally located, helpful staff. While only spending one night there was very impressed with this property. Inclusions better than other properties. Breakfast buffet catered to all tastes. Even though was in centre of the town, and it was a Saturday night, quiet and relaxing ambience.

This is a modern-looking but crumbling hotel. With a disco downstairs that blasts bad 70s disco music late into the night. Great desserts downstairs though. And I can’t complain about the cleanliness. Coffee machine in the room. Glad we’re here one night and gone.

We stayed here for two nights on a recent visit to Sicily. The hotel was nicely located near restaurants and shops in the newer part of Ragusa. The breakfast provided was very good and the rooms were very nice with good wifi and good air conditioning. Overall, I would recommend staying in this property if you are coming to Ragusa. Note that it is not sufficiently close to Ragusa-Ibla to get there on foot.
