Excellent stay! The room is spacious and luminous. Close to buses, beaches, etc. Meals are delicious, home prepared with care. Bouddika is very helpful and interesting. He will do everything to help and show you around. Definitely an excellent place to stay for solo travelers, couples, families, etc. High quality. I will be back for sure! Thank you for having made my last days in Sri Lanka so special.

This hotel is very much a family hotel and has packages for families. This can mean the main pool is a little noisy! But overall very beautiful and the top pool has the most stunning sunsets. The food was ok but the rooms are truly fantastic with large balcony and stunning bathrooms.

The hotel service was excellent, and the location was superb, perfect for tourism. However, the price was extremely high. Right outside, there's a fantastic spot for surfing. The restaurant, though, was quite mediocre and didn't match the quality expected for this price point; it definitely needs improvement.

The best place to stay in. The hotel is owned by 4 brothers who are very helpful and know how to cook well. Here were the best breakfasts that I have ever seen in Sri Lanka. Here you will feel as at home. The rooms are freshly renovated, furniture is nice, the house is rich. Good beach in near. Sanju (one of the brothers) is also a surfer, so you can ask him for some lessons :)

What an amazing place to stay! 1000% recommend , quite street but close enough for all the good places and the beach ! Absolutely amazing stuff , so nice and friendly ! Big yard in front of the hotel , huge private rooms with balcony and also nice comfortable dorm rooms with big comfortable beds ! Your choice which one to stay in ! Very nice cafe at the hotel too , with the best barista and very yummy food ! Such a friendly atmosphere , feels like home , definitely will be back ! Thank you so much for wonderful experience !

The hotel is on one side of the road and on the other side of the beach. Sea view rooms are highly recommended. The road rooms are too noisy

My wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay. The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel. At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own. Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound. Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

The staff were very friendly, but the rest of the hotel staff were very strangely behaving(noisy, shouting, arguing among themselves). Our room was clean and clean, the room was a large balcony as well big refrigerator. Very good was water pressure in the shower. The property is located right by the beach, offering stunning ocean views and a calming ambiance. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a coastal vibe. Waking up to the sound of waves and the sea breeze was an absolute highlight. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making the stay even more enjoyable. The food was delightful—fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options to choose from. I especially loved their seafood dishes, which were prepared to perfection. Another great feature was the location. It’s close enough to Mirissa’s main attractions but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle, giving you the best of both worlds.

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this place. The only negative is definitely the quality of the Wi-Fi, it’s not great, same as many places in Sri Lanka I’ve found. Location makes up for this.
