GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special.
One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical.
The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched.
What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals.
We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no.

LLucy Ha 14The room was big and spacious! Lots of pools to swim in. Offered free afternoon tea/meriander which was lovely! Location is a little further from the city centre, but is a 10 mins scotter ride, they offer free bikes to ride.

MmiabuchananI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged.
The highlight of the property is definitely the pool and the customer service . The infinity pool overlooking the water and surrounding landscape was absolutely stunning — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. It truly felt like a luxury experience.
The location was also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The food was very good, with a great selection and quality, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality made the experience even better.
Overall, a fantastic stay with beautiful views, great amenities, and excellent service. I would happily return!

NNikolai EfimenkoThis hotel is really, really great, I loved it! Even though I stayed in a shared four-person room, it didn't bother me at all because almost every day (from morning till evening) we were out on excursions or somewhere else. The staff are friendly and caring, rooms are cleaned daily, and the showers and toilets are communal (but there are also a few separate stalls just for women). The breakfasts are delicious and varied – I would fly back to the Philippines again just for these breakfasts! Because here, I only had truly good food three times: first in Cebu, second at the hotel's breakfast, and third at an Italian restaurant in El Nido, that's it! In the shared room, you get a towel, a locker with a lock, and a large bed (unlike other similar hotels). I'm thrilled!

GGuest UserThe Underwater Garden Resort has a unique location on the Baquit Island only 10 minutes boat trip to Coron .Foots in the water! Boatshuttle in hotelrate includet.
Very quiet at night and dayover only some boats passing at a good distance.
The restaurant is OK with place for improvement.
Fishh-Sinigang and grilled fish are delicious. The personell is very gentle, kiind and attentive. They are trying to improve and learn everyday.

Staff are extremely polite and friendly - always saying hello.
Pool are is great with ample swimming locations and sunbeds.
Food is to be expected at a hotel both in terms of price and quality.
Town is too far away to walk, but ample tricycles to take you.
Biggest let down for us was the water pressure - every time we had a shower, there would be no pressure and would need to contact front desk for maintenance to do something to the pump. Every time.
After the 4th complaint they really should’ve moved us to another room. We were on level4.

GGuest UserThis suite is a significant upgrade from a standard room, not only featuring newer facilities with less wear and tear, but also offering different amenities in many details.
For example:
1. Suites provide two bottles of complimentary bottled water, whereas standard rooms offer one refillable glass bottle.
2. Suites come with shower gel, but oddly, no bar soap. Perhaps the hotel believes you only need one or the other.
Additionally, both the living room and bedroom have TVs, and the room itself is quite spacious.
However, the Wi-Fi remains problematic:
1. The signal in the bedroom is very poor.
2. The living room signal is decent, but it frequently connects without actual internet access. I often have to cycle the Wi-Fi on and off and reconnect multiple times.
3. Sometimes you just have to wait a while; it’s never clear how to get it to work properly.

GGuest UserStunning Republic was located in a prime area right off the beach. Our checkin was smooth and our 5 day stay was great. We were a large group of 13 people. Breakfast and food overall at the hotel was decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negative (not the hotels fault) was the very poor reception quality across El Nido. Overall, great stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel was a bit far from town but always had tuktuks outside available to take you in. The pool was picturesque but the water a bit dirty as it's not a filter system. Still really fun to hang out by the pool! They had a Christmas Eve feast including a lechon roast and all of the food was amazing. The pool bar is cool, but they had run out of a lot of items during the Christmas holidays. They also had no scooters or motorbikes available to rent (again, holidays). I'd recommend!
