MMaeil LeisureI recently stayed at Casa Belina and was thoroughly impressed with the value for money. As a budget-conscious traveler, I was blown away by the 5-star services offered at this affordable hotel. The complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service was a huge perk, saving me a hassle and some extra cash. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly staff always willing to lend a helping hand. Overall, I would highly recommend Casa Belina to anyone looking for a great deal without sacrificing quality - it's an absolute gem!

AAl-LeviSNice hotel, pleasant staff, cozy inside, free tea and coffee all the time, they keep it very clean, you can order breakfast, but after the first time we refused - it’s not very tasty. The rooms are normal - the bed and bed are comfortable, the air conditioning works well. Wifi, like everywhere else, can work intermittently, so there is no need to write complaints about it - overall it’s good.
Of the minuses - sometimes the staff shouts at each other and it’s difficult to rest during the day in the heat, well, go downstairs and discuss the problem, why shout from the second floor to the first. One woman at the reception always sleeps at her workplace or somewhere near him, and is dissatisfied with everyone all the time, so taking or giving the room key is an unpleasant action, you always seem to owe her and it’s your fault))
The safe is small and not attached to the floor or furniture - in short, if someone needs it, he took the safe under his arm and went around the corner to open it.

Ffarhan wahidGreat party hostel with lots of events and very good well trained staff.
The location is ten minutes by tuk-tuk to town so isn’t the best but in return you do get to chill right on the beach.
The food and drinks at the bar are amazing but they are a little more expensive than downtown el nido.
The beds and the bathroom facilities are clean and well looked after with plenty of bum guns to sort you out after eating a bad meal in town.
The entrance and exit could do with improving especially at night as you have to get in from the beach which isn’t ideal at night when there is a high tide and/ or loads of rabid dogs barking and running toward you.

AAnonymous UserCleanliness, Location, Service and Amenities were good. Accommodating and very courteous staff. They offer breakfast but they only have pre meal you cant order food that you like. If you want different food make sure to order or inform them ahead of time.
(Timing lang siguro ng stay namin na may bisita ang staff at medyo loud yong usapan nila kasi rinig namin sa room. Yon lang naman and medyo disappointing since guest are resting so dapat mindful sila don) Overall good naman.
Another thing is if you check in before the check in time may additional fee po na 100/hour.

The beds are clean, the pillows are also clean.
Plumbing needs updating.
The air conditioner is noisy at night, you have to sleep with earplugs.
Breakfast is very meager: no fruit, basic butter, cheese.
Wi-Fi signal is not stable.
A huge negative towards the hotel employee: we had to go to the ferry to El Nido by 7:30 o'clock. She advised arriving at the ferry terminal in 2!!! hours. For what? So that we wait there for 2 hours for the ferry to depart? Are you out of your mind?
It’s good that we didn’t listen to her and left at 6:45. And we all managed to do it. Incompetent employee.

The reception desk will check in for dinner time the night before, the town is small, so the location is also Not bad, you can see the coastline from the rooftop. 5 star recommendation.

We stayed in a room with a sea view, the location is one of the most convenient in the city, all available entertainment, restaurants and bars are nearby. The staff is very responsive. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Delicious breakfast and excellent water supply. Highly recommend this place

TTUOANHWe chose this hotel because of its location, price, and ratings from reviews. Yes, the location is walking from the beach for tours pickup and drop off. Also, 500m to night food restaurants.
The room and linen are clean, and air conditioning works very well. Room only gets service when requested, which is fine for us. Staffs are helpfull with tour booking.
Only grips are coffees only provides in morning and no lift. We got a room on 3rd floor, means lugging it up the small narrow stairs.
Btw, if you book tour B, the tour operator ask for extra 200psp per person for having lunch in one of the hut, that's not mention when booking.

GGuest UserIt was a truly pleasant stay with a variety of choices of breakfast each day, with a stunning view of the sea and hills. Lemuel is a star server, who never missed a step in service in any way. He was professional, warm, helpful, and goes the extra mile to check in that we are fine whenever he can. He looked out for all guests no matter how busy it got, and helped with taking photos for the crowds too. While some other staff may have been blur, his presence and service made everything exceptional. He even shared with us that the sunset view from the hotel should not be missed, and it was good we were back in time one of the days to enjoy the view from the hotel. Great stay.

ИИгорь КанчерThe staff is friendly, the food is delicious. There is an air conditioner in the room, but it only cools at maximum speed and makes noise like a tractor. The fan in one of the rooms did not work. The beach is shallow, but if you move a little to the left, it becomes normal. Tours are available. The prices in the hotel are more than acceptable. A wonderful area for relaxing on the beach. Wi-Fi, as in most places, is weak, but in the rooms it is, in principle, enough.
