Riyadh Hotels with Bars

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine. 

All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

The location is fantastic. It's a one-minute walk to the Line 1 subway station and a three-minute walk to Lulu Supermarket, making both commuting and shopping incredibly convenient. Breakfast leans towards Western and South Asian styles. While there's a good variety of food, there's a lot of repetition, which can get a bit boring if you're staying for an extended period and eat it multiple times. The hotel facilities are quite new, but a minor drawback is that the TV isn't a smart TV, so you can't cast from your phone. The pool on the 10th floor is quite small, really only suitable for kids.

I recently stayed at Liora Boutique for one night, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Check-in & Reception: Unfortunately, my arrival experience was disappointing. I arrived at 4:15 PM, when check-in should have been straightforward. The hotel uses a system where the room access code is sent via SMS, but I did not receive it until after 5:00 PM, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Although I expressed my concern to the receptionist, the situation was greatly improved by the kindness and professionalism of the staff supervisor, an Egyptian lady, who kindly assisted me in accessing my room while I was waiting for the code. Thank you to her for the excellent customer service. Another issue was that the receptionist spent most of the time talking on his mobile phone. In my opinion, guests standing at the reception desk should always receive full attention before personal phone conversations. This is a basic principle of customer service. Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. While I didn’t feel that the flooring design matched the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the overall décor was pleasant. I also appreciated the coffee machine, the large TV, the comfortable room size, and the well-designed bathroom. Location: The location is one of the hotel’s strengths. It is situated in the northern part of Riyadh and is only about 11 minutes from King Khalid International Airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. Overall: The hotel has good potential thanks to its clean rooms, convenient location, and some thoughtful in-room amenities. However, the check-in process and front desk service need significant improvement to provide guests with the smooth experience they expect.

The hotel is new and the environment is great! However, the service was just average. I had to call five times to get cutlery delivered to my room, and it only arrived two hours later. The front desk phone (00966114459500, then press 2 as prompted) was unreachable for two days straight when I had an urgent matter. It would just ring and then automatically hang up.

The photos posted on Ctrip don't match the actual room. The room is smaller than in the pictures and doesn't even have a bathtub 😠. For a suite, the price-performance ratio is just average, but the exterior of the hotel is quite photogenic.

Wifi is okay. The hotel service is not sad. There are a lot of equipment in the gym. There is an indoor swimming pool, but it doesn't look clean. I'm not sure if I can swim? It's good when there's a buffet for dinner, but it's so-so when there's no buffet. It's delicious to have milkshakes for breakfast. The hotel rooms are relatively clean, and the scenery of the high-rise buildings is not bad. The geographical location is good, which is in the city center.

What I loved about my stay at the Radisson Hotel Riyadh was the comfort, tranquility, and excellent location, in addition to the great organization and wonderful service. I'd especially like to thank employees Lama and Hanan for their warm welcome, professional demeanor, and attention to detail. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel welcomed and cared for, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. It was a beautiful experience that I truly appreciate, and I hope to visit the hotel again in the future.

Great service, clean room, nice location, very friendly staff, easy to order delivery food, good coffee too

Very clean and very big, have all the furnitures same as a complete house. Have 3 bedrooms with 7 beds 🥰🥰🥰 and the kitchen have all the accessories for cooking but inside of that we eat outside 😂😂😂. And also have a very big sitting room with 2 big size TV.
