Mövenpick Hotel and Residences Riyadh
"amazing place to stay, the location and access is great, friendly staff, cozy rooms"
Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh King Fahd Road
"Wifi is okay. The hotel service is not sad. There are a lot of equipment in the gym. There is an indoor swimming pool, but it doesn't look clean. I'm not sure if I can swim? It's good when there's a buffet for dinner, but it's so-so when there's no buffet. It's delicious to have milkshakes for breakfast. The hotel rooms are relatively clean, and the scenery of the high-rise buildings is not bad. The geographical location is good, which is in the city center."
The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh
"Let’s us start from the beginning of my entrance The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience"
Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah, Riyadh
"We visited Mandarin Oriental Riyadh for Iftar with family, expecting a premium experience given the hotel’s reputation and elegant ambiance. And while the setup was undeniably beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, sadly, that’s where the positives ended. The quality of the food was far below expectations — lacking in flavor, freshness, and attention to detail. It simply didn’t match the standard one would expect from such a prestigious name, especially during a significant occasion like Ramadan. The service was also lacking: slow, inattentive, and disorganized. We felt more like we were at a rushed buffet than a refined gathering. Unfortunately, the hospitality — a core part of any Iftar experience — just wasn’t there. It’s disappointing because Mandarin Oriental has a global name for excellence. This felt more like style over substance, and we left feeling underwhelmed. Hopefully, they take this feedback to heart and make improvements — Riyadh deserves better from a brand like this."
Mena Hotel Nasiriah Riyadh
"Good place"
Haven Plaza Olaya by Tijan Hotel Co
"How can Trip force me in a prison? Shame on you — there were no windows!!! That those rooms exist, I understand. That Trip does not make it c’ear is entrapment. I want my money back!! And I’m sure the guy lied to me. He said they were fully booked, but that the next day they’d call me to change. They never did. He was giving me a room for two, but I said I’m alone. He gave me a room with only one towel; how could I have showed up for a room for 2 and get only one towel. Obviously there was another room available. Also: amongst the worse service ever received in my life!!! (I’m a senior who has travelled to approximately 80 countries in 60 years). They obviously have NO training in customer care. It is appalling. Having just left them, I don’t have the energy for details."
Park Inn by Radisson Riyadh
"Very clean hotel with a good service. Besides few downsides like “sauna” is actually steam room and uncomfortable sofa, all went well. There are supermarket and a lot of places to eat nearby."
Samt Inn King Fahad Hotel
"Ok for business purposes"
Ahlin Suites 1 by Khaymat Alyarmouk
"Good quality and low price. Suitable for permanent stay. Cooking by yourself requires kitchen utensils"
Mercure Riyadh Al Anoud
"The hotel's interior design is quite nice, and the facilities are all in good order, including a decent pool and gym. It's super convenient as the metro station is only a hundred meters away, making it easy to get here from the airport. Across the road, there's Lulu Market and a mall, so shopping and dining are also very accessible. My only two minor complaints are that the breakfast is pretty mediocre, and the Wi-Fi frequently disconnects for about ten to fifteen minutes."
YILV Service Apartment
"My stay was truly enjoyable. The room was cozy and spotless, and the service exceeded my expectations. The staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!"
Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh
"It was one of our best stays in KSA"
Su Casa Hostel
"It is an absolute SHAME!! to call this place a hotel. This stay was a catastrophic experience, to the point that I consider myself a victim of a blatant scam. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an unbearable stench of cat litter that filled the entire room. The cushions were yellowed with filth, the bed was damaged with holes, covered in hair, and to top it all off, a pair of dirty shoes that did not belong to me was lying in the room. This proves that no cleaning had been done and that guests are housed in complete squalor. Hygiene is nonexistent; it is a disgusting, dangerous place, absolutely unfit to host travelers. The outside is just as appalling: dirty, disorganized, cluttered, and has nothing to do with the misleading photos posted in the listing. This is simply fraudulent advertising. Inside, the situation defies comprehension: naked women roam around, deafening music echoes throughout the entire property, there is shisha in front of the establishment, and dangerous objects are left without any safety measures. This is not a hotel; it is an unsanitary and illegal nightclub. As if all that weren’t enough, the air conditioning did not work at all, making sleeping conditions absolutely impossible. I spent 10 minutes in this room and left immediately, refusing to stay in this filthy and dangerous place. I took photos as irrefutable proof of this disaster. I strongly advise anyone against this place. Even for free, no one should be exposed to such a nightmare. It is a scam, a shame, and a scandal."
