Guest UserWe were really happy to stay at Tuğcan Hotel. The hotel's location was very central and practical in terms of transport. Our rooms were clean, pleasant and careful; the beds were very comfortable.
The staff were always ridiculous, interesting and helpful. The hospitality of the reception team was particularly attractive. The breakfast varieties were rich and tasty. Generally, it was clear that attention was paid to the hotel's hygiene and order.
We have had a pleasant accommodation experience that can be preferred with comfort for both work and holidays. We want to come back. Thanks Tuğcan Hotel!

Good hotel with good service and good location. Friendly staff. There was only a problem with payment. I had paid via Trip.com online. Hotel had not received the payment. Finally, it was well solved
