The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas

The room is spacious and clean, with two refrigerators – one for paid items and another empty one for your own drinks. There's a 24-hour Walgreens nearby. You can access the Sphere directly from inside the hotel. The Szechuan beef noodles at Asia Noodle are very authentic. The 4th-floor pool is large, and there's also a pool garden on the 10th floor, where the evening lights illuminating the sculptures create a very European vibe. Soaking in the jacuzzi with the night breeze blowing is incredibly relaxing. If you're taking an Antelope Canyon day tour, the tour operator will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's very quiet, and the kitchen is quite spacious, allowing you to cook your own meals. All the cooking and laundry facilities are fully equipped. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next business trip.

We recently stayed one night at Westgate Resort and Casino (April 4-5 2026) and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our request for a room facing the Sphere was granted, which we really appreciated. However, there was one downside during our stay. While taking a shower, we noticed mold in the shower area, which was quite concerning and took away from the otherwise comfortable experience. We hope the management can address this issue, as the service and location were great.

Honestly, I truly think this hotel is excellent. You can check out other hotels, but I'm just focusing on this one. First off, the room type we booked was quite spacious, with a separate toilet and shower. If you're lucky, you might even get a room with a view of the Sphere. My room number was 209, so try to request rooms on that side, from 201-209. A tip might help secure one, unless it's peak season and they're completely booked. Then there's the dining. There's a 24-hour food court with at least 20 restaurants, offering everything from Chinese and Japanese to French cuisine. As for entertainment, Vegas has countless shows, so do your own research. But this hotel alone has, I'd say, about 10 performances, including David Copperfield, Cirque du Soleil, and the Friends Experience. Also, remember that if you're visiting other MGM properties, there's a free tram that runs from 10 AM to midnight. This hotel doesn't have a direct stop, but it stops at a very close MGM hotel, and you can just walk over the skybridge. Do your own planning for that. Finally, this place is massive, absolutely huge, and I genuinely believe it offers great value for money. MGM Resorts owns around 7 hotels, I think? One membership card works across all of them, offering discounts on shows and parking benefits if you're traveling between their properties. You should double-check the specifics; I don't have a car, so I'm just quoting what I saw on Xiaohongshu. Anyway, I highly recommend my room type. It didn't feel old or worn out at all. Oh, and a warning: don't touch anything in the mini-bar or fridge if you don't intend to consume it. They have electronic sensors that will charge you automatically. (Many restaurants downstairs allow you to charge to your room, and if you're staying at an MGM property, some self-serve kiosks for simple meals let you just input your hotel name, room number, and last name to charge it. Very smart!)

This is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.

I was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around. There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage. Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walking through the smokey casino was difficult. I forgot that Vegas is still stuck in the 70’s when it comes to indoor smoking. We had a room on the 9th floor. There are 4 good sized elevators that arrive quickly and they are clean and don’t smell. Our room was clean, but no coffee maker and no microwave. There is a small mini fridge- really small. There’s a hairdryer on the wall by the sink. Adequate water pressure in the shower. Enough counter space on both sides of the sink for bathroom items. Shower has soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers- I forgot to let management know that the conditioner was pretty much jammed, but I was able to get some out with a lot of pumping. Queen beds were comfortable. Very thin “blanket” so if you’re with someone who cranks the AC up, you’ll need a better blanket. The AC unit was a bit loud but I usually have white noise playing to get to sleep so it was good for me. Our room overlooked the freeway and industrial area so we did have freeway noise- again not an issue for me. I liked the shutters instead of drapes. Floors could do away with the carpeting in the rooms. We didn’t watch any television but there is one. Surrounding area: Mob Museum is across the street. So is Fremont Street which has some of the oldest hotels and Binions where you can take a photo with a stack of money- I think it’s 1 million dollars. The California Hotel across the street caters to Hawaiians. You’ll find great Hawaiian food there. They also have the pool for Main Street use- can’t comment because I didn’t use it. What I learned today when we headed home is that there’s a Costco (needed gas) 5 minutes away & the escape rooms that my friend said we should check out (we didn’t have time). There is a fantastic breakfast place 2 blocks down that is always busy. Hash House. If it’s packed, go to the bar to order takeout. Takes 15 minutes and you can grab a table in the food court 100 feet away.

I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!

I loved everything about the hotel. They had everything I needed and it was nice getting a coffee right off the elevator in the morning. Everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come again 10 out of 10 thank you.

My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

Surprising great for the price. Landed in Vegas one day before my family, so thought of booking a cheap hotel for solo stay. But surprisingly room turned out to be better than expected. Cleanliness could be better, but overall great for the price. Paid $60, which is great considering the location.
