The Inspirer - JeffSuperb services from the team!
Highly recommend this beautiful and spotless hotel.
I was staying this hotel during my birthday trip.
They, especially the Social Media PR team, and Frinee, surprised me with a generous room upgrade and Moët champagne for my birthday. Truly touched by their attentiveness and flawless execution. Can’t wait to return!

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The hotel is very clean! I actually needed to extend my stay and I didn’t want to go anywhere else so I booked this hotel again. They have a mini Starbucks the first floor. Along with a little convenience store. You are going to pay a premium tho for anything in there. Keep in mind they do not offer any complimentary breakfast which for me is the only downside of this hotel but you do have a microwave in your room which is hard to come by these days. You will need to pay for your morning coffee as there is no complimentary coffee either. This hotel does offer some great stuff tho…This hotel has free parking in the parking garage next to the hotel. They give you 2 free water bottles per day. There is also free guest laundry machines and they even offer the detergent. Year round outdoor pool and hot tub. Fitness room. I would easily book this hotel again.

Guest UserMy stay at Holiday Inn Las Vegas this past weekend was absolutely amazing — easily a 10/10 experience! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The facility, location, amenities, cleanliness, and customer service were all excellent.
I was assigned a room in Building 16, directly in front of one of the pools, and the room felt more like a mini condo than a hotel room. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything I needed: a full kitchen, dining table and chairs, living room area, two TVs, a very comfortable bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a huge bathroom/restroom. If you’re someone like me who prefers not to eat out for every meal, this hotel is the perfect choice.
The room was spotless and came stocked with thoughtful essentials including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, coffee, utensils, and cooking pots. You can tell they really care about guest comfort.
The location is another huge plus. It’s within walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip if you walk down Flamingo Rd, and about a 23-minute walk (roughly 1.5 miles) to Tacos El Gordo and Tacos El Pastor. Depending on which building your room is in, The Sphere is less than a 5-minute walk away — which saved me money on Uber rides and parking.
For guests traveling with a car, complimentary parking is a huge bonus — no parking fees at all, which is rare and very appreciated in Las Vegas.
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They even offer shuttle service around the property if walking is difficult. The property itself feels very secure, and despite being close to all the Vegas attractions, it was peaceful and quiet at night — perfect if you actually enjoy getting good sleep away from the casino noise like I do.
It’s also only about a 15-minute drive to and from the airport, which made traveling super convenient. The on-site restaurant was great too — the burgers were my favorite! Special shoutout to Nancy, Julian, and the hostess team for being so kind and welcoming.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you want comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere close to everything Vegas has to offer. I will definitely be coming back!

FanglitongI was exhibiting at the adjacent convention center, and this is the closest hotel in all of LV. The hotel has a direct walkway to the exhibition hall (only about a 10-meter walk outside), so you don't have to go out onto the street. Of course, you could go the long way around, but you'd just get more sun. I stayed on the 13th floor; outside the window was a residential area, with desert hills in the distance. You could see the big Sphere from the elevator lobby. The hotel's ground floor has a casino, and the lack of breakfast is a major drawback. The room had a sofa but no desk, which was inconvenient for extended computer use. The window couldn't be opened. The overall decor felt dated, not as modern and new as high-end hotels in China. Additionally, there's a parking lot about 50 meters in front of the hotel, unmanned, costing $10 a day for self-payment. My Chinese phone couldn't access the payment system, so I had to keep going back and forth to the front desk for help. There's a monorail station nearby (I didn't check prices or routes), and across the street is a gas station. It's only one street away from the LV Strip, and about a 30-minute walk to the Wynn Hotel (where we rented our car from Hertz). Across from the exhibition hall, there are dining options like McDonald's, Denny's, Taco Bell, Vietnamese restaurants, Korean BBQ, and Indian food. Overall, it's decent and very convenient for exhibiting.

Guest UserThe studio room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't huge, but had pretty much everything you'd need. The bathroom was compact but very functional. I liked the private corridor entrance on the first floor; it felt comfortable and secure, and you needed a card to access the corridors and elevators. The Chinese noodle restaurant inside the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced. Lunch was a little over $18, with several options. I tried the beef noodles and stir-fried rice noodles, both were delicious and very generous portions.
I highly recommend the handmade pizza near the Uber pickup point.
There are plenty of shops around the hotel, including a Coca-Cola store and an M&M's store.
The only downside was that the hotel's entertainment area was freezing; the AC was on full blast. I'd suggest bringing a warm jacket if you plan to go there.

The room extremely clean and spacious. I was happy the shower had superb water pressure. Hotel staff were all cheerful and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Fremont Experience Canopy which is such a fun street to check out! Don’t forget to admire the charming victorian architecture of the hotel and casino and look for the antiques and slab of the Berlin Wall!

Anonymous UserGood location and beautiful castle theme hotel ! When I step inside, feel like stepping into middle ages fairytales ! I like the shower, the hot water get warm very quickly. Cleanliness may need some improvement, the toilet seat surrounding wasn’t cleaned, I helped to clean it before using it. The ceiling and door had some rust and broken pieces, but they didn’t bother me. Overall is a good experience. I will recommend it.

I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!

TriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

We visited there on March 7-10, 2026. We came earlier around 11 am, and the check-in time supposed to be 3 pm and we ask the lady if we could check in early but they told us that they don’t have available room for us and they have to charge us $45.00 early check in fee . So we left and we came back past 5pm , but they still charged us with the Amount of $45.00 even we check in 5 pm . We don’t have control to our credit card because it was a pre authorized card . Now. I have to call my bank to dispute this transaction . They don’t even change our towel there we have to request first to the customer service. No clean up during our stay .
