Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The hotel is very clean! I actually needed to extend my stay and I didn’t want to go anywhere else so I booked this hotel again. They have a mini Starbucks the first floor. Along with a little convenience store. You are going to pay a premium tho for anything in there. Keep in mind they do not offer any complimentary breakfast which for me is the only downside of this hotel but you do have a microwave in your room which is hard to come by these days. You will need to pay for your morning coffee as there is no complimentary coffee either. This hotel does offer some great stuff tho…This hotel has free parking in the parking garage next to the hotel. They give you 2 free water bottles per day. There is also free guest laundry machines and they even offer the detergent. Year round outdoor pool and hot tub. Fitness room. I would easily book this hotel again.

This is our second time staying here, and for a family of six visiting Las Vegas, it's definitely great value for money. The master bedroom even has its own bathroom, which is a fantastic amenity. Being able to cook our own meals at the hotel was also very convenient. The only downside this time was that the air conditioning in our room was incredibly noisy – it buzzed loudly as soon as it started. We didn't notice this issue when we stayed in the winter last time. Still, for families, I highly recommend this place.

This is a casino hotel, so it has everything you could possibly need. The lobby is literally the casino! Pros: Plenty of restaurants, including a 24-hour pizza place, and a sports bar perfect for catching a game. The room's interior design and decor are really unique, especially the furniture and light fixtures. Plus, the value for money is incredible – around 300 a night is an absolute steal! Parking is also free. Cons: It's enormous, so the walk back to the room can feel like a trek.

Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. The room was quite spacious, but it was the only hotel in the US during this trip that didn't have a coffee machine. Cleanliness: I stayed for three days and no one came to clean the room. I'm not sure why. Service: I had issues with self check-in and check-out and ended up having to go to the front desk. The staff didn't seem particularly enthusiastic. Environment: There are plenty of places to eat downstairs and it's very convenient to get around to nearby attractions by public transport.

The location is very convenient and definitely one of the best things about the hotel. However, I think the hotel is in need of renovation, as some areas feel quite dated. Unfortunately, the self-service check-in machines were not working during my stay, so I had to wait in a queue at the reception desk instead. Overall, the location is great, but the hotel would benefit from some updates and better functioning check-in facilities.

The location is a 10-minute taxi ride from the main street, but it's still relatively close. Compared to other hotels of the same caliber on the main street, this hotel offers great value for money. It's cleaner, tidier, and quieter, making for a comfortable stay. The only downsides are the lack of a buffet breakfast, washing machine, and refrigerator.

I stayed on a newly renovated floor, and while everything met 4-star standards and the stay was comfortable, I definitely won't be coming back. Reason one: it's incredibly inconvenient to go downtown for food, and the hotel's own food street offers poor value for money. Reason two, and the main reason: the deposit is $100 per night, and it wasn't refunded promptly after check-out. It's been three days now, and I still haven't received it back. When I've stayed at other hotels, the deposit was always refunded instantly after check-out. With inconvenient dining and transportation, a $100 deposit, and uncertainty about its return, I'd advise anyone considering staying here to think twice!

My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised! Room was huge and clean. A/C was cold and the view was good. Prices at the restaurant were good and the food was great. I loved that I could quickly walk from the parking lot to the room elevators without hiking for miles like other places on the strip. I will definitely stay here again!

Our visit was for our daughters cheer competition. Loved how convenient it was in one location. Access to my room between call times and the room is so roomy and kids love the room service!
