Guam Hotels with Bars

We were so happy to be assisted by Richard at the front desk. His customer service was outstanding and he went above and beyond to ensure that we had what we wanted and needed in order to have the best experience possible! We highly recommend Crowne Plaza Guam!

This was my second stay this year. Just like last time, even though check-out is at 12:00, the room key stops working around 11:00 AM. This means I have to go to the front desk specifically to sort it out. Other than that, everything else was absolutely perfect. I particularly thought the staff were wonderful.

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!
