RRafael OsorioThe Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam đŹđș. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill!
This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

AAnonymous UserThe room had an ocean view, and the infinity pool and sunset were beautiful.
Although the hotel is a bit old, it was well-maintained and clean, so it wasn't an issue.
The room lighting was a bit dim, which was slightly inconvenient.
Shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes are provided, but there's no conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own.
All the staff were friendly, and storing luggage before check-in and using the pool were smooth. They also lend towels at the pool, which is very convenient.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

GGuest UserIt was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.
