"This the best hotel in Guam. We booked a big suite with a large living room and bed room, big balcony, and nice bath facilities. Everything was good and beautiful. We can use the club lounge and found it too be better than expected. Everything is free on the club lounge. We has tea set in the club at 2pm, before checking in at 3pm. And the 5pm to 8pm session provided unlimited drinks, cocktails and buffet. The club buffet was so tasty that is better than the full dinner buffet in other hotels! Also, the staff in the whole hotels are very nice! They allowed us to take a few photos in the sky chapel as we have a wedding couple in this trip. The sky chapel of the hotel has the most spectacular view in whole Guam! The hotel as a fountain show in its infinity pool. We joined at 9pm and found it very entertaining. The morning buffet tastes very good! Also the best in Guam! Highly recommend this hotel."

"Don't go alone if you are a woman! Women, please pay attention to safety! Even if you go with a group, please be sure to have a man! No joke! In addition, the hotel is very remote, with less than 4 rooms occupied out of nearly 100 rooms. For your safety, don't stay here! No drinking water is provided, no kettle, there is a water dispenser in the lobby but it is very dirty. The room is very dirty and needs to be disinfected by yourself. Cleaning is very casual every day. The room will not be cleaned, and the sanitary napkins are just replaced with towels. There is a serious odor in the room, and the windows must be opened wide every day. It is dirty here and the service is not good. It is completely opposite to the guests. They will not understand the guests. They will only use the rules that they do not list on the booking website but on their front desk to charge 1 dollar more and never less. The rules posted at their front desk cannot be seen unless you go to the local area. . There is no friendliness at all, and the cost performance is very low. In order to save money, find a cheaper one. Female sisters, it is not even that important to be dirty. The most important thing is that when you are in a foreign country, you must pay attention to safety! Listen to the advice and don't stay here!"

"I spent my first solo trip at this hotel! The price was quite reasonable for Guam, and I chose it because it's a well-known brand, which gave me peace of mind. The hotel is a bit old, but the room was spacious. The view from the front desk, as expected from a resort, was great with lots of palm trees. The pool was large, and I could walk to the beach, where the sunset was beautiful. The amenities were also excellent, typical of a Japanese-affiliated hotel. It was also a plus that presumably all rooms are ocean view. It's about a 15-minute walk to restaurants, which is a bit far, but thankfully there's a free shuttle bus if you time it right. The only slight downside was that most of the guests were Japanese and Korean, which made it feel less like being abroad. I'd definitely come back!"

"We booked last minute for this hotel. I heard this hotel is the oldest hotel on Guam so I wasn’t really sure how it is but they renovated the rooms and facilities. We stayed 7th floor at phase 3 building which was newest I believe. The rooms was bigger than other hotel rooms. Comfy bed, nice amenities and most impressed thing was service was excellent‼️. The front desk staff were so friendly and professional , and mostly house keeping staff who always delivered what we requested. Overall, I would give them 5 stars 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 👍 Keep up the good work ‼️‼️‼️"
