"The room is very spacious and comfortable, with exquisite welcome drinks and snacks, the lobby is very luxurious and beautiful! But there is a problem with the room rate for one more day! Fortunately, we have the accurate check-out time of the paper receipt to ask for a refund after reading the monitor, even so, we still lost a lot of money difference! So please be sure to leave a paper receipt to protect your rights and interests!"

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and tasty. The pool, gym and basketball court were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is a bit hidden though so it's not so easy to find.

The front desk is very welcoming, there are many breakfast options, I feel that the United States Holiday Inn is carved out of a mold, and the facilities and layout are the same. There is also a free shuttle bus to the surrounding three kilometers.

Wonder_GirlThis is beautiful Hotel located on beautiful location. Rooms are beautiful and walkable from the River, On the opposite street is a Grand Rapids one of the oldest building and it’s beautiful. There was a little miscommunication during our check-in. We were told that breakfast timing is from 7-10am but when we reached for breakfast at 9:10, they were already closing and cleaning restaurant. There were around 5-7 families who came after 9 for breakfast. But restaurant gave bread, fruits, butter, Jams, Coffee so we had breakfast. Other than everything was perfect.

Service was very good and informative. Location was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would.

Hotel was good for going to a concert. Pool and hot tub had decent hours. Only complaint was not having coffee or towels re-stocked in the room. The walls were also a bit thin; could hear conversations in the hallway clearly and didn’t feel there was much privacy to be had in the bathroom
