There is nothing else to choose from when I go to Lanai. This season is one of the best of all the seasons I have stayed in. The service environment is completely unsatisfactory. It is not recommended to bring children, the hotel is very quiet overall, the environment is more suitable for couples or double date. If you like to play golf, like to relax completely lying on the beach, walking, watching the stars, it is recommended to go here.

The hotel is located on the hill, below is the golf course and the beach. Compared to the four seasons that live below the beach, I think the sunset is more beautiful at the Wailea Hotel. In addition, it is very convenient to go to the beach to have a hotel Tesla. Because it is an adult hotel, it is strongly recommended that couples without children come here. The overall garden of the hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The overall service of the hotel is also very thoughtful. The front desk is warm and the hotel can be called golf. The private beach is nice and open. Free snorkeling equipment can be borrowed. Boating and other equipment are charged. Drive for half an hour from OGG. If you live in the pacific whales foundation for whale watching, you don't have to rush to whale watching town. It has a branch in maalea closer to the hotel.

Horrible my aunty just died at 530 this morning and they are threatening to escort off property cause they are judging my cousin who came to wake us up and tell us she died which is his mother….because he looks some type of way yet works on a boat in Alaska for months t a time and is a very good kid this place is is horrible and has no empathy at all

I booked a partial ocean view garden room and was extremely satisfied with it. The room was large and clean, with a beautiful garden view and a distant view of the sea. The hotel is perfect for relaxing; you could easily spend a whole day lounging on one of the tree chairs. There's a small shopping center just a five or six-minute walk away, offering convenient shopping and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

On the first day of staying in the room, we were arranged a room far away. There were flies on the floor. Ctrip filed a complaint. But the hotel's recreational facilities are really good. The breakfast is OK, but the fruit is not very fresh.

Very nice hotel right on the beach but lots of rocks there therefore have to walk a bit to get to a part of the beach with no rocks. Strong waves and currents in winter so not good for young kids or beginners swimmers but good for surfing and boogie boarding. You can see turtles swimming near the beach and further afar lots of whales from December to March. Hotel have many swimming pools (and one fun slide) but only like 3ft deep so good for kids but a bit boring for adults. Only one restaurant, it's Duke. And one small shop selling Starbucks coffee. Our unit was on 10th floor in the main building and had a big balcony with a beautiful view on West Maui Mountain. We had a very pleasant stay in this location and would love to come back!

The location is OK, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the shopping center, about 7 or 8 minutes drive. But you can't walk, there is no sidewalk on the main road. The service is normal and the facilities are a little backward to be difficult to understand. As a four-star hotel, you don't provide toothpaste or water. You also need to buy it yourself. The convenience store of the hotel is not open 24 hours a day. It would be very troublesome if you did not rent a car. The overall hotel in Maoyi Island is much more expensive than other well-equipped islands such as Oahu Island, and things are not complete. I would suggest that considering renting a home will be more cost-effective.

The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.
