The best manor hotel in Pretoria, located on a small hill, surrounded by many embassies, quiet and safe. The design of the hotel is very distinctive, the room is large, the three meals are very high, the waiter's service attitude is also very good, five-star praise.

Such a nice place. Sleeping in an airport was definitely something new for us. The place is so clean and the staff really friendly. Having the view of the airfield was stunning.

Loved the new look! Found it to be contemporary and on par with where other leading hotels are going at this star level. I was surprised by the in-room fridge and found it to be a nice touch indeed. I also appreciated the plentiful connection points for charging my laptop and cell phone. The service is always good and many of the front-end staff call me by name as I enter, which is always a wonderful experience. Well done, guys. Wishing you well as you complete the revamp.

The hotel stuff are very friendly and the hotel is situated near Hatfield Plaza.Easy access to multiple shopping locations and restaurants.

Best location in Pretoria for safety, good food and the hotel staff were brilliant. Safe car parking, top class restaurants and best value for the money.

The service was excellent upon my arrival,I was surprised with a cake and fruits and nuts platter because I went to celebrate my birthday thank you ANEW HOTEL,not to forget a glass of champagne at reception enjoyed my birthday.

I enjoyed my experience with them, very polite people and they assisted me very well. The place is very clean, and quiet I really enjoyed that.

An absolutely stunning place!! The best stay we have had!! Breakfast and dinner included. The food was outstanding and a lot couldn’t finish every meal. They are friendly and helpful we had royalty treatment! 100% recommend to stay here. The room was amazing, the temperature was comfortable for this cold weather and the VIEW was spectacular !!!!! The Lodge is also safe to go for a nice run or nature walk.

It's a very good hotel. However the road to the parking is very narrow. If you are not a good driver you can scratch the car.

Hatfield's location is excellent, surrounded by embassies, so safety is definitely guaranteed. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of services, including dining and airport transfers. However, the hygiene is just average; I'd recommend bringing your own pillowcase and sheets.
